I've had a beard since l was seventeen, which has been over seventeen years, and l have never used beard oil but, now with the help of the Viking Blend I've gone from a man who looked like he should be drinking cans of Steel Reserve beneath a bridge to a man who looks like a man who makes babies on purpose. I knew l was a man who would be in his grave before he would shave but, now l'm a Grave Before Shave man. Great product!
I always thought beard oil was just some stupid hipster beard fad. But the other day the girl cutting my hair insisted she put some in for me, so I let her and it was like night and day. My beard immediately felt softer, it shaped better, didnt look wiry or crazy, and smelled nice.
I came on Amazon, and this was one of the best rated oils, and of course I liked the look of this brand so I gave it a try. The viking blend smells really nice, without having a strong musky, overpowering, lingering smell. It smells like a light sweet lemon (thats the best way I can think to describe it. Its easy to use with the dropper, and within a minute of applying you can tell the difference.
Im always putting my hands through my beard throughout the day, when just lounging about, and its amazing how something so simple can make such a difference.
While this is only the second brand I have used, this definitely one of the ones you pick up and find your brand.
My husband always hated growing a beard because he said it itched so much. He grew it out for "No Shave November" this year and was struggling to make it through the month without shaving. A coworker told him about Grave Before Shave Beard Oil. He now swears by this stuff!! The Viking blend smells like spearmint and tea tree oil, not bad at all. He did not shave his beard off and is now growing it in longer.
This beard oil is nice. The dropper makes it easy to drip across a my Kent comb and it smoothes my curly beard out fairly well, making it look a bit neater. It stays soft. What I'm looking for is a little more hold, so I plan on trying a wax or balm next from this seller. My lady didn't care for the smell of the balm I tried in the past from a different brand, and said she liked this one better, but still commented "Um... your beard smells like Home Depot..." I took that to mean I smelled manly, lol.
This is the second beard oil I have tried and am very happy with it. I received it quickly and it was packaged well. I appreciate that this comes with a dropper unlike the Badger Beard Oil, which was the first beard oil I tried.
This beard oil does not have any particular smell to me. My wife says the tea tree oil is what she mostly smells and that it is not strong enough to trigger a headache or migraine. I've learned to use only 2-3 drops of this, compared to 3-4 of the Badger brand, with a beard of 3-4 inches.
I look forward to trying some of the scented Grave Before Shave oils like bourbon, cigar, or pine.

I first purchased this oil for my boyfriend last Christmas and since then he hasn’t found another one he loves as much. Honestly one of the best beard oils out there, always keeps his soft and healthy looking. I highly recommend this product!
This has a nice, subtle scent. I've been using it every day and while I can't say it's doing anything to thicken up my beard, it keeps the curlys away. Will purchase again.
This is my new favorite beard oil. Pleasing yet very, very slight herbal/peppermint scent. I've had issues with some other oils causing breakouts, but this oil seems much better, as long as you try to keep it away from your skin directly. I usually use it after showering to keep the frizz down and also replenish some of the oils and prevent itching.
Been using this off and on for a few months now. It has helped soften my beard, make it more manageable, and appear fuller. I had a little bit of trouble with it causing me to break out at first but was able to get past that by splashing my face with cold water and par drying before applying the beard oil.
not a pro reviewer just someone who honestly tried this (wish there were less product for review type reviews however...) i like this oil its not overly scented but smells nice after about 3 days of use my beard started feeling much softer and was easy to manage waiting on my second bottle now
