Hello to everyone who reads this. My wife and I’ve been prime members for close to three years now and use the hell out of the service and this is our first review and/or rating for anything. We own a business making natural products and know the characteristics of Shea Butter both high quality and bad Shea Butter well. We were buying from pretty decent people before but came across this company last week and decided to see what the hype was about. Man listen, we just got 11 pounds of The best Shea Butter we’ve come in contact with and you can tell it’s no flimsy operation on their end either. It’s very well packaged and extremely well sealed We almost didn’t want to open it. This is the best, like the other reviewers said and who ever gives them a try from our experience won’t regret it. Five times five stars for fair tale Ghana.

This is an amazing cooperative between the US and the beautiful women of Ghana. I read a small article some time ago and signed up on the waiting list. I've used Shea butter for years but I wanted to buy this particular product in support of the Village in Africa. This is an amazing very high quality butter. I have just received my Shea butter and I am very happy with my purchase clean packaging ,and fast shipping it has a nice scent, and nice Ivory color exactly,the one we used in CĂŽte d’Ivoire,Africa this is the shea butter I was looking for many years, and I couldn’t find it in the United States,I have waisted my money with this company calls Cleopatra’s choice no more!! from now, FairTaleGhana will be definitely the company to spend my money on thanks a lot to the women from Ghana đŹđ, Africa God bless you all for your hard work. This is GREAT Shea that was delivered less than 24 hours after I placed the order. Truly a top quality product. Above and beyond the product itself, there were 2 handwritten thank you notes in the package from FairTale. One was a hand drawn colorful drum with the words "thank you" above it. (I assume the drum is used in producing the shea butter.) The other had a classroom in Ghana on the front of the card and was to inform me that my purchase from FairTale helped to pay for someone's schooling. This is a GREAT product and on top of it a feel good purchase. Thank YOU!!
This is my first product review after years of being a prime member. This is amazing shea butter. I have ordered shea from many other sites and I will no longer use any other shea ever. The only advice I can offer a consumer is to have a container ready to put this shea in because 11lbs of shea wrapped in plastic sitting around is no way to keep shea. I fortunately still had a container that a shipment of shea from another website ready to put it in, thanks to a review that i read before ordering.

I have used many different shea butters over the last 10 years and this is by far the best! It is beautifully creamy and is a complete dream to work with. I love everything about this company and I applaud them for the good work they are doing!
I am not one to write many reviews unless a product is beyond my expectations . However I always look for a brand that has a cause behind it’s brand.

You now have a customer for life !Came as promised. Prompt. Excellent packaging. Very soft. Great smell. Have made 2 batch so far. Its very good.
Keep in mind the unrefined is good for heavier more healing emulsions because it's full of fatty acids. Great for body butter. I think the refined one is good for more watered down emulsions. But I wouldn't want to lose all those nutrients. Instead I would try out different emulsifiers and less Shea, more water. Still experimenting.
This is a great product and great value. I would order from them again.I use Shea Butter for soap making and as a body moisturizer. I try to buy my Shea and Cocoa Butter is bulk when possible. I found a number of suppliers on Amazon.com and a lot of them had some negative reviews. After reading some of the reviews for FairTaleGhana, I felt like they were pretty credible. I just received my order today. When I opened the box I was very impressed. They included a number of additions along with the 11 lbs. of butter that I ordered. As noted in the pictures and video, there was a "Thank You" card, along with additional Shea Butter. According to other reviews, some suppliers are shipping products out that are underweight, discolored or not as described. Not FairTaleGhana!
Also, they support the women of Ghana who are the producers of their product.
I will definitely be buying from them again! They're probably my new go-to for Shea Butter!
