May not be for everybody but it is the best oil that I have ever used on my 68 yo. skin. Started using new products touted as chemical free, all organic, but they were not. CAPB & other chemical nasties used in shampoo/body wash. Dried out my skin something horrible, especially my face & scalp. Bought J M Argan oil to try to heal. Nope. Tried various other oils. Great avocado oil! I used it for my face, and it decreased the redness of my face that I used to deal with, and now wven when I don't use it, I'm not as prone to redness on my face as I once was! So grateful!
Use in on my legs under lotion and it makes my skin very silky
