I bought this for my son last year and he loved it until he realized either the charger didn’t come with it or he lost it. He used it for about 8 1/2 months before the battery died so I just bought him another one this year so he has one for home and one for travel. The last one had a charger!
For a year this trimmer was 5 stars, my husband loved it! Then this week it wouldn’t turn on or charge :( So then last night at 1 in the morning it randomly turns on and wouldn’t turn off. We had to bang it on the countertop to get it to stop. So weird that it was perfect for over a year and then just went haywire.
I've looked and looked for a decent replacement for my current Remington beard trimmer. I generally keep a "scruff" like beard and finding a trimmer that doesn't pull on my hair has been challenging. This is the best I've found so far. It's not perfect but it's as good as I've found.
So far so good with this system. The dial hight head works well and the regular clipping head. Those are all I have used and they work very well. Battery lasts a LONG time on a charge.
Great value and everything fits into the travel pouch with room to spare. The shaver does a nice job even on a couple of days of stubble.

This is my second one. I love the adjustable head, it is small enough to get to the tight spot under the nose. The slots are tight enough that the make the hair stand up. Easy to switch height and 16 settings. My old one still works after two years, but my 3 year old twins took off with the adjustable head.
Cuts so much better than other similar cheap trimmers I've bought. Holds a charge for quite a while. Foil trimmers ok but doesn't work well for my facial hair

I love this trimmer, great for my beard and trimming neck areas. My only complaint, I wish it came with a smaller blade head for detail trimming around the mouth and loop areas. Blade head it a little too big for detail trimming in that area.
