My wife surprise me with this one day. I thought Ok cute but not very practical, I thought it was a novelty gift. Smile be nice say thank you! What my lizard brain did not pick up on was she was telling me to do something with that beard you look like a wild man. Once I figured that out, Ok I went to trimming and brushing and combing and what the hell try the oil. Cool shiny beard. Even the scissors came in handy when my trimmer died. The balm does a great job of keeping it looking like a beard rather than a clump of hair on my face. She's happy! And in most men's life THAT is all that matters! 5 stars because the wife is happy!
This was a gift it came with a bunch of awesome must have gadgets. The scissors being rounded at the top makes me less fearful of snipping my fiance's face. The oil was not to oilly, the shaping balm didn't have an intense smell like some other products. The brush and comb are great quality. It comes with a cool mesh bag to keep it together. Nice part is it doesn't exceed the 3 oz your restricted from flying. So perfect for carry on luggage. I really feel this product is of great quality, I'm definitely going to be a life long customer due to the quality of the product.
Great kit for a beard beginner such as myself, I was struggling on finding ways to seriously get started on maintaining a respectable beard and then I stumbled upon this kit. The oil and balm are the highlights of this kit, the ingredients used compliment any beard and promote healthy growth when used in conjunction with each other. The comb I found for my curly hair is a bit too gentle but the brush feels great and helps me maintain the general direction of my beard. The scissors feel comfortable when I'm trimming and they're sharp and never fail to cut a few strands of my hairs.
For the money, awesome stuff. The wash lathers nicely and leaves the beard nice and soft.
The beard oil is phenomenal. Just a few drops of this in my beard and it's resisted curling, no longer dry and I love how it's not greasy or oily.
The balm is a great consistency and holds the stubborn hairs in place.
As for the brush, comb and scissors: the brush is perfect. Not too rough and not soft.
The comb is a different story. Very cheap and poorly made. The comb teeth are fragile and weak, and all edges of the comb are worn down and torn up.
The scissors are sharp and precise, perfect for trimming that mustache.
And to top it all off, the travel bag it comes with is sturdy, and perfect sized for all items.

Got this for one of my brothers for Christmas and he loves it. He loves the brush that came with it and the oil makes his beard and skin baby soft. Great gift for the hairy men in your life.
First off, I love that this comes neatly packaged and ready to be gifted. I can just toss it in a gift bag with some tissue. My husband really likes this set. The oil and balm makes his beard look great and moisture his skin. The brushes are great and high quality. I like that its unscented because sometimes the perfumes can be overwhelming.
I got this for my husband’s stocking this year for Christmas and he’s used it once and loved it. I’m glad he likes it because it smells good and his beard is softer after just one use!!! Definitely will continue buying in the future when this runs out. Thanks for a great product!
It's a Christmas gift for my son-in-law and, he loves it!! He received another beard kit for Christmas also and he said this one is by far much better and his favorite one!!! It came with beard soap, which he says is very important and, a bag to store everything in one place!!!
This kit/set makes a great gift, its got most of the essentials for a beard and it’s nice that the products don’t have any specific smells. One thing that was not the best was the comd. It is just super thick you can’t really even brush a beard with is because it’s dull. That’s one thing I would change, but other than that it’s all good!
