My order arrived on time and exactly as advertised. I have read the one and two star reviews and I have a couple of comments.
1)Most of the negative reviews are about the quality of the blades.Isn't that exactly why someone buys a variety pack, to find out the varying qualities of the blades and how well suited they are to you and your razor?
2) Did not get the blades that were pictured. In the About The Product section it plainly states "*Blades may vary depending on stock".And in the product description "Blades may be randomly selected if out of stock". Would someone rather wait days or weeks for one or two blades to come back into stock?
3) Quality of the soap. No one comes to this page looking for a good soap, they come here looking for a good variety of blades. The soap is just a toss in, a freebie, a "But wait ther's more". So what if it does not compare with a 10 to 20 dollar artisian soap? You will start shopping for shaving soap a little later but for now you want to find one or two blades that work for you. Don't worry about the soap.
One valid reason for not buying this variety pack is thay ANY blade can have an occasional dud. you might consider buying a variety pack that comes with two of each blade so that you can compare the quality between the same type blade but by doing so you take the chance of doubling the number of blades that you don't like. It's your money, you choose.

Excellent variety pack. If you are just getting started with safety razors, this is a fantastic starting point.
The purpose to this variety pack is to find what works best for you. Every blade is going to be made with a slightly different material, be sharpened to a different level, etc, and so the "best" blade is going to be a deeply personal choice. Do you shave every morning, every other day, or once a week? What kind of soap do you use? Do you shower with hot or cold water? Is your skin sensitive? Is your hair thick, or curly? Every one of these factors is going to change what kind of blade you need, and this is a great way to find that.
Overall, this is a five-star product. They provide the variety you need, and include the most commonly recommended blades for all levels of sharpness. Every person should buy this when they get their first safety razor.

Crazy right? So here is a review for you because, if you're like me, you are very skeptical of non-reviewed items.
Well the good news is all of the items pictured were delivered as described.
This is a killer deal given the blade variety included here and that it comes with soap.
I have yet to use the soap, but it seems to be quality stuff.
I am new to safety razor shaving and this is EXACTLY what I was looking for to decide on two-three blades to buy a larger quantity of.
I'm new to double edged razors and a female. So this pack is so far so good for trying out different brands and not getting stuck with a whole bunch of blades you are not going to use. I've tried the feather, astra, and super-max so far and I like the super-max the best so far. I threw away the astra after the second use since it caught on my skin like a cheap dollar store razor. The soap lathers up alright just don't get your hands too wet or its useless. I prefer my bath and body works soaps, but I have been using those for years.

A dollar worth of blades and a travel size bar of nothing / That was my first review. Since then I have used this product every day that I shaved. Yes, it's small but at one month of use its the same size as it was when I bought it. As a wet shave fanatic, this is a must-have item. Get a little close and have some blood., Don't worry just use what ever this stuff is and you will quit bleeding. A true amazing aftershave- soap-what ever it is. I will purchase again. By the way the razors are a nice litte bonous but the real purchase is the bar.
What is pictured is exactly what I received. All of the blades are in good shape and not damaged or rusted. Soap smells great as well. Each blade is different so it makes it easy to try several brands to find out which I like best without spending a ton of money on packs of blades that I may or may not like.
In all honesty, I probably didn't need this as I can hardly grow any facial hair, but I was new to shaving with a safety razor, and this was a decent starter pack. I ended up buying one of the huge cheap packs of blades on Amazon instead of pursing any of the blades in this pack based on quality.
This Was a good purchase because it allowed me to try a variety of different razor blades in small quantities of each. Very happy with the purchase but not thrilled with the soap as there is no scent. Great leather, but no aroma.
Order came with everything pictured and came quickly. The soap is nice too. For the money this is an awesome deal if you're looking for blade samplers. There are a lot of popular ones in this one that many people swear by.
I thought I'd mention that the shipper emailed me asking for a 5 star review....which I thought was a bit cheeky. I was going to anyways lol
