I've tried several shaving gels and foams and this is the only shaving product that completely prevents irritation on my skin. It doesn't lather as easily as typical shaving gels, but as long as your skin is really wet (I use it in the shower) you can work it into a lather. The only thing I don't like is the tube. Because the gel is so runny, I store the tube upside down so it doesn't pour out as quickly when dispensing. They really should think of a different container/dispenser.
Works great! Yes it is runny but that is because you have to lather it ALOT in your hands before applying, then lather a bit more once on your skin! I perosnally like the unscented one since its better for more "sensitive areas" the price is good and and the ingredients are good too. Much bl0p0etter then the main stream typical shaving cream!!
I absolutely love Dr. Bronner's products. I have very sensitive skin which led me to the products. Once I realized that Dr. Bronner values the same
things I do, I knew I would always use the products. I was buying the wash from a local health food store in Chico, CA. Now I get it at Target where I moved to. But, I could only find the shave gel online. Now, I intend to get my
Dr. Bronner's products from Amazon.
This is my favorite shaving "cream." I've used it for a couple years now and haven't found a single one that works as well. Though it might not work like the regular shaving creams you're used to, give it a try!
Additionally, the seller was very helpful. When there was an issue with my product arriving, they promptly worked it out with me.
I love this stuff! It ha s lasted forever, it foams up really well when you apply it, doesn't dry your skin out, and of course it's all natural and cruelty free. No brainer, I'll be purchasing this product for years to come.

Gives a good shave
It is different and unique for shaving. Helps with shaving and leave smooth skin! I truly recommend it.
This gives me a smooth close shave, only downside is that due to it being liquid it is a little sloppy to use.
