My favorite hair brush that I owned for 15 years broke, and I tried several brushes to replace it. My hair is fine and long and tangles easily, and most brushes snag my hair and pull it. This one doesn't! I can even brush my hair when it's wet with this one. It is gentle, but at the same time Combs the knots out. And it makes blow drying my hair easy and fast on the rare occasion that I don't let it air dry.
The bristles are soft and close together. It definitely helps distribute the oils from the crown to the ends of my hair. My husband has taken it as it works really well with his beard.
