I've been using this for about two weeks now, and the first thing I want to say is it's amazing. I've been growing my beard out for between 6 to 8 weeks now, and somewhere after the first month, I started to notice it was entering the "always itchy" phase. This quickly became distracting in my daily life as I focused on my coarse facial hair and how uncomfortable it felt. I tried putting conditioner in my hair and combing it outside of the shower, but that was ultimately a short term solution to my problem.
After the first week of using Beard Oil daily, I noticed a major change in how my facial hair felt. It was soft, constantly. Even when I get out of the shower or don't use it for a day, my facial hair is extremely soft. My beard is often a talking point when I'm hanging out with friends, and I've started to mention how soft it is after using this. I even invite them to feel it for themselves. They are always amazed when they feel how soft a beard can be.
It's tempting to want to use more than the recommended 2-4 drops, but I quickly learned that a little definitely goes a long way. This is especially true after you've used it for a while and don't need to apply it daily. While the instructions say to put the drops in the palm of your hand, rub your hands together, and apply it to your beard, I've found it easier to dip my fingers into the oil after putting the drops on my hand and working it into my beard a little at a time before using both my hands to really work it in.
I would highly recommend this to anyone growing a beard.
guys, if you have a beard, or are even thinking of growing one, get this beard oil. It's cheap, it smells good, and it works well.
why use a beard oil?
because it helps prevent breakage, softens your beard up, and gets rid of the godawful and annoying dandruff. you wont have the growing beard itch as much either, which makes a lot of people quit growing theirs out.I'm pretty picky, and I'm extremely satisfied by it.
How did I go so long in life not knowing about shaving oil? First off, this oil smells great. I like how it has all the "old testament" oils in it and the fragrance is that of royalty IMO. Ok, now I am very prone to razor bumps and I must say, bully beard+pretty boy splash= no razor bumps. I normally use the unscented shaving soap for sensitive skin but I will now forever only shave with this oil. I even put it on in between shaves just to hydrate my stubble because I love this product. I highly recommend this and no this is not some first time review because I just received the product, I have been using this for two weeks now and I still do not have any razor bumps or in-grown hairs and the only thing that changed was using this product. Save yourself some money, time and pain and just shave with this, using a quality safety razor and clean up with the pretty boy splash. Trust me or ask me more questions.
My review may not be as in depth as many others, however, I give this particular beard oil a 5-Star rating. Here's why :
I always, ALWAYS research anything I'm going to buy thoroughly. I simply don't like to waste my money or time on unnecessary things. But due to the fact that I DO have a beard, I try and do the very best I can to maintain it to the best of it's abilities. The Bully beard oil not only smells VERY good, but the actual combination of oils used in this oil ( again, I have done my research ) contains EVERYTHING you need in a beard oil. And at a VERY GOOD price as well.
I WILL be buying this again. So, thank you VERY MUCH to both Amazon ( for carrying it ) and to Cold Label for making such a wonderful, affordable beard oil.
