My hair artist introduced me to this brush design. When he styles my hair, it always looks great, so my biggest concern was whether I could re-create the volume and softness at home. My hair is thinning and I'm always seeking ways to make it look full and lush. This brush was an answer to prayer! It gives me lift that lasts for two days after blow drying. And it feels so nice when simply brushing my hair - like a massage of my scalp. Which, of course, releases the sebum that may actually keep my hair follicles vital and productive. I'm ecstatic! I never thought a brush would be that important but I had noticed that my hair was so damaged with so many split ends and frizz. So I decided to get a new brush and toss my harsh metal one. I can honestly say that my hair has not looked this shiny in years (since I got my old brush!). It feels like it is nourishing my hair as I brush it as I dry. And after, my hair is not only styled the way I want but it really is shiny! I am a believer now that a brush matters for how healthy your hair is and this one really does it!
This item is gorgeous and high quality. The handle is comfortable, the bristles work well in my thick, curly, coarse hair. I guess I overlooked that it comes with a bag and a tool to clean the hair from your brush so that was a nice surprise and the bag is super cute and made of high quality fabric. The only thing I don’t know is if this brush was animal cruelty free, which is really important to me and I usually stay away from products made from animals but I read this combination works best for my hair type so I decided to suck it up and give it a try. Glad I did. 2 thumbs up.
I love this brush, the only thing that concerns me, is it sheds a lot. That may slow down as I continue to use it, but that’s the only thing I see. It glides through my hair nicely when drying and styling!
This brush leaves my hair so soft! I was replacing a metal round brush that was sold to me by the salon and heated up so much by the dryer it literally burned me to the point I had a burn mark on my neck for a week from a one second touch. I was mainly looking for something that was all wood and wouldn’t heat up but this is probably the best brush I’ve ever had even among boar bristles. The little brush cleaner actually works amazingly as well!

It's only been a few weeks but I do really love this hairbrush. It's heavier than others but it really makes my hair glossy, doesn't pull my hair, and seems to dry quicker. It's also the perfect size for styling. I have thick hair so I really appreciate the fact that it dries quickly.
I have used this brush a few times since receiving it and really like it so far. It has a nice resistance for blow drying but still pulls through hair easily and leaves my blow out looking shiny. Definitely a great purchase for the price. I like also that the body of the brush is a singular wooden piece - it makes me confident that the handle won’t break as I have had happen with other products.
I absolutely LOVE this boar bristle brush (I’ve used quite a few). It’s light weight so it doesn’t wear out your hand and it comes with a small brush cleaner which is AMAZING! I even used it on my Wet Brush and it worked phenomenally (better than Wet Brush’s own line of brush cleaners - this is just my opinion tho!). Will definitely be re-buying this package in a couple years.
I never write reviews but appreciate those that do. However, had to write one for this. Best brush ever! I have fine hair that frizzes easily. This brush almost eliminates the need for a flat iron. Hair comes out so smooth when you blow dry with this. I bought two!
When I first looked at the brush and held it, I thought I would regret buying it. After using it for the first time, it proved to be worthy of getting. It straightens my rough beard hair and goes deep until touching my skin, yet it is so soft and does not pull out hair like my previous brushes did. When I used beard balm, it gave fantastic results. I also love it comes with a carry bag and its own hair remover. Highly recommend.
