I absolutely love this castor oil! I bought it because I did some research on hair, skin and nails and found that castor oil has some very healthy effects. I read that cold pressed and unrefined brings the most desirable results. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now. I first made a hair "mask" with blended aloe plant flesh and castor oil and applied it to my hair and then rubbed my hands on my face and let it soak in. I washed the mixture out of my hair quit easily (I think the aloe made a huge difference in allowing it to wash out easier). I only did the hair mask once so far but will be doing it again for sure. My face absorbed and soaked in what I smeared and rubbed in. I have to say my hair felt amazing and very hydrated and my skin, like a baby! I use a drip on my finger tips and smear on my face and neck every morning. I see a difference in the smoothing of my crows feet and WOW my nails are growing like weeds!! I'm super excited about continuing this regimen and have gotten my husband on board with the facial application. I highly recommend trying this product for yourself!!!
I love this product so much. It definitely works. I just had a baby and they used epidural medicine for my delivery and all my hair was falling badly. This is my second baby and both time same thing. I both this oil and Alma powder ,mixed with aloe, instantly it stopped the breaking. I tried all kind of vitamins, dermatlogy, and all kind of hair products, and going to get hair treatments, none of that worked. I can't believe I am finally happy again. It works on hair , eye lashes and brows. I would recommend this product with all my heart to any who suffer what I went through.
This is a great product. I have extremely dry scalp and I use this 2 ways. Sometimes I will use it as a hot oil treatment to my scalp and rinse it out with my conditioner after sitting under the dryer for 20 minutes with a plastic cap. Or, I will put it on my scalp the night before I wash my hair. I tie a scarf around my head to avoid my pillow getting oily. I find this way allows the product to penetrate deeply into my scalp before washing and my hair won't be oily after washing. This has resulted in a moisturized scalp and not oily hair. I bought an empty nozzle tip bottle from the beauty supply store and pour the product in there in order to easily apply the castor oil to my scalp. Works wonders!
