This brush is amazing. I chose this one for the price and I'm not disappointed. I brush my hair at night and then in the morning, no oily roots and no dry ends. Great tool for people who have drier / coarser hair.
I actually love this brush. It has the right firmness and its made very well. I love the real wood and it surpassed my expectations. You can tell this brush is built to last. The bristles are of good quality and it feels great on my hair and scalp. It does not feel like it is tearing my hair out or scratching my scalp, however it is detangling like it should.
It was suggested my my hairdresser that this would be a great brush to use to help with my scalp. Plastic brushes do not really stimulate without doing some damage. Very nice brush, larger than many, with all boar bristles mounted in a cushioned pad in a hardwood handle. Has a slight curvature, facilitating a wrist-rotating stroke for smoothing and waves. Well-constructed and finished. Very satisfied.
Very wide. Be warned. Shorter bristles than expected. Would not buy again for I have too much hair. However, this is excellently made and handsome to look at.
