Pretty amazing. Works as well or better than more well known national brands costing much more. I was surprised at the high RPM of the motor and the sharpness of the blades. It cuts quickly and accurately. It's easy to adjust the trim length. The convenient stand holds the razor in place while charging. The rechargeable battery is a 1.2 volt 600mAh AA Ni-Cad cell, which is easily removed and can be replaced. (You can also use a standard alkaline AA battery in a pinch, if you're somewhere where AC power is not available, just don't try to recharge an alkaline battery.) I had a different well-known brand trimmer before that didn't perform nearly as well. I had to discard it as the non-removable rechargeable battery eventually failed. I will purchase items from this company again. They have BEYOND amazing customer service and their product is SAFE and BY FAR the greatest trimmer I have ever invested in for my fiance. He loves it's options and how well it cleans up. The color is amazing in person and if you're looking for a sleek trimmer to go nicely on your vanity this one is it. Trimmer had a broken guide tooth. Contacted Jays Products and they promptly returned my email stating they will send me a new guide. Excellent service in a time where it is non existent. Product charges well, keeps charge very well. Blades are sharp, its easy to clean. By far the very best trimmer I have ever bought. Being in the customer service industry myself, I know the general public are very ignorant. Most cant operate a product as simple as a trimmer! I highly recommend this product for purchasing. You wont be sorry you did!!

I enjoy this trimmer. It does trim well without pulling the hair and hopefully it will continue to do that as I use it more and more. It's lightweight but almost to a fault. It doesn't feel like it's well built and feels kind of cheap so we will see how long it lasts but it has done well thus far. I do like that the attachment is adjustable. I would prefer that much more than 6 different attachments lying around. Overall for the price, you can't go wrong with this trimmer!
