I have been using this product for about a week so far, and I already like it. This is labeled as a general face lotion for everyday use, but I've only used it as it's other function, as an aftershave lotion. I've found it leaves my skin feeling more soothed and smooth after using it, especially after shaving. The mint scent is very light, if you can detect it at all; i would assume that signature mint in the description points more toward it having peppermint oil in the ingredients, rather than describing an actual scent. It seems to leave a slight cooling, menthol like feeling on my skin. I was curious if the 4.2 fluid oz would be enough, but since you only have to use a tiny amount each time you shave to cover my facial area, I have a feeling it will last for awhile. I would recommend this product
After a local mass merchant stopped carrying this brand of men's moisturizer, I turned to Amazon for help. I wasn't surprised when I found it for sale! When I first started using this product, I thought it was too thick for a men's moisturizer, but I soon learned that I liked it much more than anything I've used in the past. There is no heavy scent, which I greatly appreciated. Even my previous "sensitive skin" moisturizer had a lingering scent which I disliked.
A little goes a long way with this lotion, so use sparingly until you find what works for you. I used it after shaving and it's a soothing finish. Delivery was as fast as always and the price was less than I paid locally, when I was able to find it.
I hate any skincare product using "palm oil" or its derivatives. That's why I bought this Every Man Jack product. It's a great use for non-palm oil users like me. That said, it's still too water and greasy for daily use. The "non-palm products" should up their game and deliver a superior product.
I've used many facial products to get rid of the dryness after shaving but none can compare to this product. I initially received the sample size in a package and decided to try it out and it surely did not disappoint. So i decided to go on a hunt to find a larger container and more affordable price. Wasn't able to find it in my local stores so i decided to check amazon, and that's where i struck gold. I don't think I'll try any other face lotion besides this one. It's fragrance free and keeps the face moist for hours.
hands down the best lotion out there. never feels greasy yet moisturizes even painfully dry skin.

I've been using Everyman Jack shaving products for years, and I'd have to say that the post-shave lotion is my favorite. It's so soothing after shaving, that I almost forgot what it's like not having it. The few times that I've run out, I immediately regret running out. It makes such a big difference in how my skin feels. I can't live without it.
This product isn't for me. I'd say I have somewhat sensitive skin (a 5 on a scale of 1 through 10). For the price, it's a good deal. You get a lot for your money. But if you need serious hydration then look elsewhere. It has alcohol in it and if my skin is feeling ever so slightly dryer than usual then it burns (it's not too bad for me, but it's definitely not pleasant... unless burning is your thing then more power to you). It is pretty well scent-free. If you put it on your palm and smell it, it'll have a very slight...sort of plastic/chemical smell to it... not the greatest. It's not the least bit noticable once applied though.
And that's about it. It's an impressive amount for the money, and probably great for the average guy. Hence the 4 stars. It's just not for me though.
Long time every man jack user first time lotion. I enjoy this lotions smell very much. I have only used it a few times but so far it works well on my face and head(I shave my head). I recommend it for sure. Maybe not the best for sensitive skin. Will update after some extended use.
I use a pea sized amount or less. That's just enough to cover my beard area after shaving. It's not thick, and doesn't stay wet too long, since I think the skin really does absorb it. I like it because it does exactly what I bought it for. For those that are wondering: it's similar to hand creams you buy at super markets. It's not anything like petroleum jelly.
I have a thick beard, and this softens it up in a matter of seconds and makes shaving very easy. I have been wet shaving for 5 years, and this product is handy in a pinch, traveling, or need a quick shave because I'm running late.
