Love this heat protectant! My two daughters and I go through tons of hair products and fast. Always on the look-out for something that does not cost a fortune and still works great. My girls do have some damage due to heat styling and I have extremely damaged hair from coloring my and heat styling. I MUST use heat on my hair just to make it look presentable. The mist is fine enough to spray directly on your hair and not give you too much product! That is a major plus! I do however spray on my hands to insure that I do not get too much of the product on my girls. They do not need as much and I concentrate mostly on the ends. Will purchase this product again!
I got this to protect my hair against the dryer and straightening iron. It makes my hair soft and shiny, and it smells wonderful! All of the Xtava brand items I have tried have been great. I recommend this product and will continue to purchase.
I have curly hair which is very sensitive to heating tools! I used this on my hair before straightening to protect my hair and it really protected it. Without a product like this my curls would be damaged and dry after a day of straightening but not after using this product!
The mist is light, dispersing over a wide area of hair. It is not tacky or sticky. I love the spray bottle, you barely have to squeeze it and you get great product delivery. I have tried Chi in the past and Aveedo, and I like this much better. Try it, you won't regret it!
When I was learning how to use hot rollers in my hair I watched a video which said I should get some heat protectant spray. So, I thought I’d give this a try. It smells so good! The spray bottle has a great safety feature so it cannot be sprayed accidently. There are 2 little slots and when you turn the correct piece the sprayer works. The heat protectant spray comes out in a wide fanning spray so my entire hair gets misted instead of a quick shot like other hair products. I can’t say whether or not my hair is actually being protected from the heat, but the fragrance lasts for a long time and it smells wonderful. I’m happy with this product. Very happy with this product so far! I was worried it may leave oily residue on hair, but it's very light and keeps my hair extremely smooth. It's so nice finding a hair product that doesn't leave your hair greasy. This is a keeper!
I blow dry and flat iron my hair every day. I always use some sort of protecting product before hand. This spray has a pleasant scent and seems to do the job well. The price is right! Great purchase!
I have a number of xtava products and love them all. They all have the same scent which I very much enjoy. I like the way my hair feels after using this and then blowing drying and/or straightening it. It feels much smoother and not so dried out like before using this product.
Works great. I'm very pleased. I've been using this for a week, before I curl my hair, and my hair is softer than ever. Works just as well as more expensive brands I've used.
Even when I don't use heat to blowdry my hair, I still like putting this on, it has the BEST smell of any product I've tried. I love it! It also helps make my hair shiny and silky when I do blow dry it. Very impressed!
It lets out a very fine spray of mist, just enough to help my hair and let out an amazing aroma.
