I purchased this product and was very intimidated about using it at first because the description mentioned tiny needles. I'm so glad I tried it and now I love using it on my face. It works on fine laugh lines and skin imperfections. Remember to wash and pat dry before and after each use because these are tiny little needles going over your skin. It comes with a nice protective and hygienic case. Be sure to put it up in its case after use and keep in a safe place away from animals or small kids. Be careful not to let it fall in the drain. It could happen because the product is slim. You'll want to follow the instructions in the box. Roll the roller gently over the targeted area 5 times each and I noticed a difference in my skin the next day. It was more plump in the treated areas and looked more revitalized. Only use as instucted in the information provided with the roller. I do feel the needles when using the roller but its not painful. This works and I'm glad I found out about it and purchased it. Its my own little beauty secret. Maybe I'll share info about this product with my friends, maybe I won't.
My first time using a derma roller so i've been doing plenty of research before actually purchasing. I purchased the 0.25mm roller which I think is perfect for beginners or those with less severe skin issues however thats just my personal opinion.
If you're reading this review i'm assuming you've already done research but i'll explain how I used it anyway.
I sanitized the roller and left it upside down to air dry while I cleansed my face.
When I was ready to start I also sanitized my hands.
I started at my cheek area where I have light pigmentation marks. I began with a side to side motion then diagonally in both directions covering small areas each time. I didn't press too hard and it didn't really hurt to be honest just more uncomfortable at certain areas like around my eyes. I got quite close to my outer eye area as I have really light smile lines forming but I wouldn't cover any areas you dont feel are a problem.
My face went really red but I didn't roll to the point where my skin was bleeding as I wanted to see what the after effects were like initially.
I finished by applying the vitamin C serum about 10 minutes after then a vitamin E face cream about half an hour after as It's more of a heavier product.
After about an hour the redness had completely gone and my skin looks glowing and fresh. Today was my first use so I will continue to roll for 7 days update my review regarding visible results.
So far a good quality / cheaper alternative for more expensive products on the market and a good tool for beginners.
I used it for a week and got good results, I would recommend this product.

I am super excited about my purchase, I have done a lot of research on microneedling. This is my 1st home use, and its really very simple to use. The product was packaged very professionally and sterile, which is very important. It shows the company takes pride in their product and in the customers who are buying it. I have used it twice now, I apply subtle pressure, not to light and not to hard, some areas of my face or more sensitive than others. I can feel the needles ( it does not hurt at all!) on my forehead, the skin is tighter there and less padding so you can feel it a little more there than say your cheek area. I apply the Vitamin C serum right after I have used the Derma roller. My skin has a nice glow to it already. I am looking forward to continued use of the product for additional results. It doesn't hurt but it stings just a little after. I'd compare it to a mild sunburn, that itchy stinging. But it subsided within a day. I doesn't have any redness or anything else, just mild stinging. I'd highly recommend this. The price was good and more importantly, it works! I would add this to your face regime ladies, you are worth it.

Love this derma roller.Good quality item and although I've used this only once i can see an improvement in my skin appearance already. I use it mainly for my acne scars and a pre-wrinkle frown line i have which was bothering me for a while.I use the Hyaluronic Acid after my treatment.

I just stumbled onto these rollers while looking for my OZ Natral C serum. I purchased a single roller because I wasn't sure if I would like them. Some reviews said they hurt and I'm no masochist. This one does work. It doesn't hurt but after I use it my skin inches for a bit. I use it maybe twice a week at night. I soak roller head in alcohol before and after use. After use I than put on my Natural C serum and after a few min I finish with a high end light face oil. The next morn my skin looks firm and radiant.
I've been using this roller for awhile now, and am already seeing a lot of improvement in my acne scars. For best results make sure you clean it regularly, as well as use really hydrating or healing products after rolling. It also leaves my face pretty red thr next day, so use the night before a lazy day or when you don't go outside too much, especially because your face will be pretty sensitive to the sun.
