Prompt delivery. So far no build up of product on the hair nor do you need to apply for every straightening as it continues to work while leaving the hair flexible but remaining in place and falling back in place after a strong wind. I found it for cheaper at Marshall's so I wont buy from Amazon again but I do recommend the product and seller as I received my item quickly and the product is worth the price as it is effective and efficient. Thank you.
Great for natural hair. Only product that allowed me to achieve bone straight and wavy looks with hold. Leaving a soft shiny healthy feeling. Came on time also. Thanks!
This stuff is unreal! Made a natural strand of hair look like it had blown out by a dominican but nope it was just me and my chi with a couple sprays of this stuff. Great product.
I really like this Chi heat protectant. It's my first time trying it, although I really like Chi products as I've used them in the past as well. It smells nice and works well. I would recommend it.
It works, but it wasn't that spectacular to me. I think it may do better if I get the entire line of products. Overall it did what it was supposed to, but nothing WOW inducing

I like this thermal because a little goes a long way, it doesn't make my hair feel sticky at all, I only use 1 spray for a small section and comb the product through out my section of hair and it works well.
I got this to spray on after my other leave-in conditioners. My fine hair is permed, colored, dry, and frizzy so it takes 3 leave-ins plus this heat protectant to prepare my hair for my curling iron. I usually let my air dry before curling, but if I'm in a real hurry, I blow dry it with a diffuser. I have experimented both without and with this protectant. I'm hoping the protectant works, but I can't really tell yet. Perhaps I will notice a reduction in split ends over time, or maybe not. What I do notice is that it dulls my hair. I've tried it both under and over my other leave-ins (It's a 10 Miracle Leave-in, Matrix Color Care Miracle Treat, and Matrix Sleek Silk Wonder Smoothing Oil) and I still get the dulling effect. If I do use it, I now add once my hair is dry and I've used the curling iron, either It's a 10 Miracle Shine Spray or Proganix Anti-Fade Weightless Argon Oil and UV Protection (this latter adds shine also). If I don't use this protectant, then I don't need a shine spray as my final step. I will continue to use this Iron Guard Thermal Protection Spray and see if in time I can tell a difference in how my ends are reacting. But I won't use it every time I wash my hair as my hair is much shinier without it. Not sure if I will purchase again at this point.
I felt it does what it's intended to do, it protects your hair. I've used it thrice so far. It smells a bit weird (not bad though), but the smell isn't strong and fades away quickly. And it does weigh down your hair a bit, but only temporarily. Your hair's going to be back to normal in a couple of hours.
Why have I not bought this before now. Love this protection spray. Will never use anything else!
