I have used this product for about 10 years now and will use another only if I have no choice. I find other shaving gels lather into a face full of whipped cream but doesn't offer much protection. The lubricating gel of high time stays on my face until I'm finished shaving. I no longer suffer from razor bumps or razor rash since using this exclusively. Doesn't smell the best, only works the best.
I must add that I use this in conjunction with bump fighter razors. Both products have virtually disappeared from store shelves and can only be purchased online.
It has worked for me not perfectly but better than the rest I've used. Usually shave right after I get out of the shower and with this shave gel have noticed the razor bumps decrease not completely but a great deal. And that's with me shaving against the grain. So would say give it a try worked for me might work for you
Works great on my bikini line where nothing else works to prevent razor burn, though it is apparently meant for men because it has an aftershave type scent.
This gave me a nice smooth shave, nice smell too
Awesome product, no burning or razor bumps when using this along with the Bump Stopper cream. All my life I have not been able to shave with a razor due to bumps, scraping and irritation. This product is like magic eliminating all of the above for a baby smooth feel with no discomfort.

Nothing can stop bumps if your skin prone to ingrown hair. However, this will cause less irritation when apply before shaving. It is like any other on the market.
Finally found that shave cream that keeps my skin moisture before, during, and after a shave. In less than a weeks time I can see and fill the difference.
This really helps with those pesky bumps you get under your neck from shaving. I use this with warm water and a new blade and have virtually eliminated all neck bumps.
This has been my favorite shaving gel for years. It works really well to prevent irritation
