Nice small packable brush, perfect for my dopp kit. The bristles are a little inconsistant in length, but it does a decent job with my shorter cropped beard while I'm on the road. After a few months and several trips, the brush has held up well and the bristles have stayed in place.
Since its promoted as a feature, the "travel case" being cardboard isn't great for storing in potentially damp places. Would have loved to see it as a tin or at least a waxed cardboard for a little more durability.
Good quality brush. Boars hair bristles are nice and stiff but long so they aren’t scratchy. The brush is small enough to carry around for touch ups before meetings. The box the brush comes in is sturdy enough to use as a case to keep lent off. Definitely recommended.
This beard brush works so well. The bristles are sturdy without being painful. Facial skin is sensitive (at least for me) and other brushes are too rough, but this brush is of great quality and balance. I am tempted to try the larger beard brush and the beard oil and accessories. I am glad that I browsed and found this brand. It doesn’t take long to corral the hair at all. Also, it comes in a fitted brush box that you can continually use.
This works, but honestly it's so rough on my skin.
I usually soak in warm soapy water before usage. Unfortunately, the bristles come out sometimes when I do this, so I don't know how long this will last.
The size and handle is amazing though. Wish they made a softer version.
Got this to replace the horsehair brush my husband lost.
Pros-
Great brush, sturdy and portable. I keep it in the box in my purse. Hasnt lost any bristles.
Cons-
The box. When we were first trying to get the brush out the box just wouldnt let it out. It wasnt an issue knce we peeled part of the interior off, still looks new when the lid is on. We may have gotten a defective box but like i said it still holds great.

Was looking around at different brushes and finally settled on this one. I was looking for one that had stuff enough bristles but not too over the top because my beard is only a 2 or 3 guard and I only wanted it to tame the wild hairs and spread the wax evenly. This brush is spot on for that. The bristles are firm and dense. I lost a few bristles at the start, but that didn't effect it at all. It has an elegant look too it as well and fits in the hand well. I also like that it's round, because it fits my face well.
The bristles are form enough to penetrate down to the skin but not so tough to irritate unless you press hard. I use this brush to get the oil and balm rubbed in well and then finish off with a boar brush. Works great so far.
Overall I'm happy with the brush, it's compact and easy to store in a small medicine cabinet or for travel. The bristles are more coarse and stiff than I thought, so if your skin is sensitive this one will take some getting used too. The box mine came in was bent on the bottom and a bit flimsy but it's not something that bothers me since the box isn't a long term storage option, IMO.
This beard brush is exactly what the picture shows. It's made out of black walnut wood and boar bristles. The brush comes with a round container to place the brush in when you are traveling. The container also has a recessed lid when it is closed, which makes it a nice stand for the brush. Just simply place the wood handle face down on the container cap with the bristles facing up. The bristles work better than any comb I have used. Well worth the money.
For the cost, best I have had yet. Works great, feels great, sheds a little. I wash it out daily since I use it to comb in beard oil, And have multiple scents. Has taken the water daily very well too.
