It's a good product, after about a week of use my beard is coming in fuller and thicker. My hair is soft and not as scraggly as it was, but I have found out that it isn't something you should take on an empty stomach. It has a tendency to make me nauseous for a couple minutes without anything else in my stomach. Besides that I would definitely recommend it.
I shaved my beard two days ago and started taking it when I woke up I immediately saw result. Been taking since an I like growing faster then normal should have my beard half way back soon and then some

I really like this product. It has made an improvement in my beard. My beard is thicker than it was before and I do see some new hair growth however I only gave it 4 stars because I’m still patchy in areas.
