I bought the 2 oz to give the scent Vanilla / Cigar a try. It's. very, very light on cigar if at all present. The butter or balm is similar to Fisticuff's mustache wax Lavender & Bay Rum scents are awesome - which I highly recommend - but it
s not wax. It does need to be slightly softened though. Unlike Honest Amish Beard Balm - does not hold my beard in place - which is quite moist, this is stiffer. I've gone through the gamut on what to use on my beard including Honest Amish Beard oil and Bluebeards Original Unscented Beard Saver the Beard Oil Alternative ( do not recommend that for any reason ). This is the one that seams to smell good, not overpowering but pleasant and is functional. It actually keeps my beard soft, not dripping wet (damp though) and keeps in place.
The 2 oz aluminum tin does not close too well, but this 4 oz. screws on so its a no brainer.
Again, if I have some trouble keeping beard hairs in place or I want it to look finished, I always use their mustache wax.

Used for the first time and I an hooked. Never have u had my beard or goatee be manageable to be straight and not tight and pulled back unless it was one big puff ball😞 until now. I love all the GBS products I gave and am glad to add more to my daily usage along with my new GBS brush. Love my facial hair and this allows me to love it even more.
This stuff is fantastic! I've been a fan or Grave before Shave balms, but this stuff is IMO nicer than the balms. Its like a mix between Balm and oil, but it keeps your beard soft. 5/5 will definitely be buying again.
I’ve been using the oil & balm combo (which is great) but as many have said the beard butter is the best of both worlds.
Much easier to apply with a decent hold when shaping. I still use the oil/balm combo but save it for the weekends. Cleaning off hands is easier than the oil as well as less comes off when touching your beard after application.
The scent lasts longer (than the oil/balms) & when I first apply it the vanilla smell is great, after some time goes by (6-8 hours later) I can smell the cigar portion more.
This smells amazing!!! And smells great all day. Don’t worry it doesn’t smell like a cigar. Will definitely buy again!

I just used this for the first time this morning and I love the stuff. Very nice vanilla scent with just a hint of a good cigar.
Beard is very much tamed with this, and much more manageable. Softer after just a few days. Girlfriend commented on how much she loved the scent of my beard when we got into bed the other night - I had applied in the morning after my shower. Can’t go wrong with GBS Cigar Blend!
More of like a balm than a butter, but it softens the beard hair great. Kind of leaves an oily residue which is expected from a product like this. Another thing, this is ALOT more butter than I thought I would be receiving, I’m pleased with my purchase
This is my personal favorite balm. Love the spicy vanilla scent. Glad there is finally a bigger size. It's one of the balms I absolutly always have on hand.
Bought the Gentlemen's Blend recently and absolutely loved it. Now I'm trying the Cigar Blend. Grave Before Shave makes great beard care products. I'm a customer for life now.
