The trick is not to use too much Or your beard will look too shiny. I like this product.
Just received my order of Black yesterday. I do like it, a lot, BUT, IF I had a choice, I'd go back to CorkTown. Something about the tobacco and vanilla that work so well with that balm. This is great, same texture, performance, but I prefer CorkTown better.
Moisturizes better than the oil but overall will leave your beard a bit brittle as well or feeling slightly dry. But again, much more moisturizing than the oil

BLACK isn't the scent for me, but DETROIT Grooming was more than awesome helping me find another scent (Cork Town, Vanilla, Tabacco, and Cedarwood) which is a much better fit for me. Thanks for the help!
I really like the smell but won’t last all day. You’ll need a bit more by mid afternoon
One of the best beard butters and smells great! Gave it 4 stars only because it is alittle too oily.
