The product arrived well packaged and secure. Have been using this for a month now. I want to believe it had a foil seal between the bottle and the cap (as most oils do). Which is great for shipping and I know that no one else has used it. My skin is super dry so I have been adding oils to my lotions to boost the effectiveness. This by far has been the best one! It is winter now and it is super thick almost a honey consistency but not clear. It completely melts down with body heat, just rubbing it in the palm of your hands for one second makes it smooth and transparent. Ideal for blending. I also use on wet 4B/C hair to seal in moisture. Heavy but not at all sticky like castor oil, a drop goes a very long way and if you are DIY challenged like me this is a gr8 alternative to whipping your own Shea Butter.
This African Shea Butter Oil is a God send. It spreads easily on wet or dry skin but I prefer using it right out of the shower where it temporarily turns my skin a milky "white" before it is quickly absorbed making my skin feel like silk. I even use it on my face and neck which are extremely sensitive to harsh perfumes or chemicals but adore this African Shea Butter Oil.
This is AMAZING oil! I mixed it with some essential oils and grapeseed oil and my skin is in love. Smells clean with just a little hint of a natural, nutty scent. Blends beautifully, super hydrates skin but not greasy at all.

You've heard of Shea Butter, but have you heard of Shea Nut Oil? During the extraction process of the Shea Butter, a small amount of oil is extracted directly from the Shea Nut.
Shea Nut oil has many of the same benefits of Shea Butter, as it is beneficial for assisting with skin conditions such as cutaneous dryness, dermatitis, eczema, solar erythema and burns.
It is obtained by the cold pressing of the fruits "Nut" of the "Shea Tree" or Karite Tree. The result is an ivory/yellowish colored fat that melts at body temperature, absorbs rapidly into the skin, and has good water binding properties.
Shea Nut Oil is semi liquid at room temperature and has a melting point of 35 / 45° C

Really like this for my hair. I used it before I applied my hair color and it helped to have the color hold and to keep the color drying out and breaking my hair off. (I bleach a section of my hair)

I have very sensitive skin and African Shea Butter Oil is the perfect product for my skin. I can use it from head to toe for its healing properties and I have never had a adverse reaction. I recommend this product to everyone, but especially to those who have sensitive skin.
