The fact that it’s a 3 out of 5 is absurd. The only rating on here is someone who has barely used it, so let me shed an actual review on this product. Been using this beard wash and conditioner for about 5 months and love it. Use it at night if you want a peaceful rest because the clean lavender smell puts you right to sleep! It’s fresh and not overpowering, though. The product itself is wonderful. My beard feels fresh and clean after each use. I use it about 2 times a week and my beard stays plenty hydrated. I have used quite a few beard wash and conditioners, and this is by far the best working one. It doesn’t smell like paint thinner like many other beard washes do. I highly recommend this product. From a guy with a beard...a good beard, modesty aside.
