I've been taking these for two and a half months. I saw results after about two weeks. My progress slowed down somewhat after about a month but has remained steady. I had patches that were huge and almost were baldspots, but they have finally filled in. They work so well that I just started another months worth just to be greedy and get some more extra growth. It almost feels like cheating! My beard hardly ever sheds unless I haven't combed it in a while and I'm prettt sure I'm shedding the normal healthy amount now, so my beard is definitely stronger. It seems like back in the day most of my beard went down the sink! I waited to do this review so I could be absolutely sure it was these pills and so I could give you an honest opinion. My hair overall is a lot healthier and thin spots on my scalp filled in too. The only reason I wouldn't recommend these to someone is because you are allergic to fish, but you probably don't have to take the Omega 3 pills. If you can take these for two months and not see results I would go see a doctor or maybe you just can't grow a beard or something. Anyway, this is a great product that does what it says it does.
These Vitamins help to some degree. But don't expect them to completely change the way your facial hair grows. I was expecting it to help a bit more than it did. It really only helped to make it slightly thicker. I waited to write this review until I had gone through all of the vitamins. If you need a little help to achieve the beard you want you should go ahead and try these. If you're looking for a large improvement, well these can only do so much. They just help give your body what it needs, your body has to do the rest.
Great product! I was skeptical because I’ve kept a beard for 20 years... and it’s always been scruffy and thin. I have only taken 1/2 the recommended dosage and have changed nothing else (diet, sleep, exercise, products). I can see a huge difference already in the length, strength, fullness, and uniformity of my beard. I will continue to use this product and might just go crazy and take the full dose!
