I was expecting a lot. The last product I tried worked really well. I’m starting to show signs of aging, and I’m going to fight it as hard as I can. This is a multi-use product, for your face, hair and nails. I used it on all 3. My hair styled a bit easier, and I used a small amount. It adds shine, but no greasy look or feel.
As a cuticle oil, it works wonderfully. Not much to be said about that use.
Where this product shines is on the face. It brightened my skin right off. It took a couple days, to work on making me look younger, but I did notice a difference. It seems my face just sucks up the oil. It’s Argan Oil, but it’s not greasy. I’m behind on starting to take care of my skin. This will now be a permanent part of my routine.
Edit: I am so pleased with how it works on my face! My skin is so soft!
I REALLY like this Virgin USDA Organic Moroccan Argan Oil by VoilaVe. (I put the full name because sometimes I see reviews for similar products show up on another brands reviews.)
It has absolutely no odor and if you follow directions and use it very sparingly, you will be amazed. I have very dry hair and skin. I placed the pea-sized or less amount in my palm, rubbed my hands together and then worked it through my freshly washed hair (which I let dry naturally). It gave my hair a very subtle, satin look--not really shine. It looks so natural and healthy and did not weigh down my hair--which is also somewhat thin.
I also used it on my face--very, very little--as a night time moisturizer. Not sure that is how I am going to use it but when you use very little, it gives such a natural look and glow.
I also put the "left-overs" from my hands on my arms and legs. It makes my skin feel amazing.
I'm pretty sure this will have a permanent place in my daily regiment.
I have very frizzy unmanageable hair and I was able to go out in the Florida weather by using this oil.
This stuff is like gold. It is worth every penny! Makes my hair look shiny and feel so soft. Good after shampoo, before shampoo as an oil treatment mask. Good on fingernails, under eyes or just a bit all over my face before bedtime. LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff and don't plan to be without it.
I've read a few reviews stating the product they received was close to the "best by" date and that was a problem, especially since the packaging says the product expires one year after opening it. Okay well. I'm kind of an idiot... When I bought this in July 2017 I didn't realize it even HAD a "best by" date, and I guess I missed the 12 month expiration info as well. I just checked the bottom of my bottle and it says "best by 09/2018". But I've been using it as a facial moisturizer since July 2017, long after the expiration date and the "best by" date, and it still works fine. I actually stopped using it for a month or two after I purchased Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel and noticed a dramatic negative difference in my skin: more fine lines, more dryness, more breakouts. I'm not saying you should PLAN to use this past the expiration, but it's a very large bottle and if you happen to end up using it past the expiration and "best by" dates I can assure you the world will not end. It may not be as effective but it's effective enough that not using it was worse than using it. I still have about 1/2 inch of oil left in my bottle but once that's gone I will certainly repurchase.

So, for those of you who've tried and loved Josie Maran (but like me, can't afford it on the regular), this is an exact dupe. There is absolutely NO difference between the two products. I did a side-by-side comparison with some of the Josie Maran Argan oil that I had from Sephora, and this Argan oil. They are the same thing. The. Same. Thing.
Before I bought this, I honestly thought this was some sort of trick. I thought it was going to be sticky, mixed with other oils, smell funny or something. Nope, I was wrong. There is no trick. This is pure Argan oil, plain and simple.
Oh, and I use this on my hair only, and my hair LOVES it. The bounce! The shine! The healthy curls! For those of you who know what I'm talking about, my hair is 3C (and very thick) and this oil is a miracle. A miracle, do you hear me?! This is a wonderful oil. I use the tiniest amount to smooth the outside of my hair - after I comb it out from washing - then I air dry without disturbing. I get shiny waves with very little frizz or flyaways. It’s wonderful. I use it on my body as well. I’m comforted by the fact that it is natural/organic. There is no nasty smell as I have had in some other brands. The pump works great and has not leaked in any way. I make sure to reorder before my bottle is empty. The product arrives in a timely manner and my friends are now purchasing this as well.
I am 69 years old and this is how this product has helped me.I use this product on my hair, face, legs and arms after each bath and shampoo. On my hair I use just a very small amount and it never looks greasy nor does it feel greasy on my face, arms and legs. It has brought back the shine and softness in my hair. Each morning I reapply on my face, arms and legs. It makes your skin feel great and never greasy. Also it rubs in quick. There is no greasy residue in my shower after a bath. Leaves my hair really greasy looking even when I use a small amount. I no longer use this one in my hair, but I use it on my skin and I LOVE it.
