I've started using this shampoo and conditioner and already can tell with it that it softens the coarse texture and adds a shine to my hair. If it helps soften the look of my gray hair I'll be happy as well.

I've read the other reviews. A number of them give 1 or 2 stars because the product showed up damaged. Which I am sorry this happened. I've ordered this shampoo / conditioner twice. Both times the containers were in excellent condition when they arrived at my home. I have used this product as recommended per the instructions on the bottle for 3 1/2 months. Using it almost every day (probably 28 out of 30 days a month). My hair is less gray than when I first started using the product. This was confirmed by my wife as well. The shampoo cleans my hair very well, even after I have just exercised. The conditioner makes my hair softer and more manageable. With how it has helped my hair, I would recommend this shampoo/conditioner. This is not a hair dye, so results did not happen in a day, week or a month. As I stated above, I've been using this product for 3 1/2 months and will continue to use it.
Works well a shampoo and conditioner for thin, curly hair, but the only effect it has on color so far seems to be making it a little reddish. Also, the scent is fairly masculine.
