I bought this to see if I could do my eyebrows at home and this seemed like an easy option without having to buy other products. I’ve never owned one before and never waxed my own eyebrows so I was a little nervous. I only put a little bit of the wax beads in because I was just doing my eyebrows for now and they melted pretty quickly. It was pretty simple and straight forward, dip the stick in get a little wax and then put it where you wanted it. It dried quickly and was easy to pull off. I’m happy with it!
So I previously had a wax heater a Gigi in fact, and I felt that I needed a new heater. So I bought this one and I have no complaints. Everything came packaged nicely and was all there. It Came with four different waxes that are all for different different things one for facial, one for bikini, one for all and one for course hair . They work great and are easy to apply. Although, they are not big packages of wax. I’d say they’d last a couple of months. The wax itself is pretty good quality, but no it did not get all my hairs, when I tried it there were some patch of hair that still stayed. The heater. It’s great , it’s small, it’s light ,it turns off once it gets to the desired heat, and turns back on when the wax starts cooling to hat it up again. Over all for the price I’m happy and now I can wax without having to go to a salon( which is way too expensive). Thank you. I Hope this helps anyone with a concern. Also the sticks are a little flimsy but they don’t break.

📚4 STEPS TO GET YOUR BODY WAX

I felt really skeptical once my parents told me about it and bought it finally, but once I've tried it I've thought that my parents had never been wrong. It does an excellent work.
Bought this wax bead melting pot last month. I have used it a couple of times and I'm quite satisfied with it. It is a pretty useful tool at home and works great. It has adjustable temperature feature which comes really handy and It comes with varies packs of wax in different scents and sticks for application. You can melt the wax beads very fast and keep the temperature while you apply the wax in your skin. Furthermore the size is perfect to store easily at any places. Excellent quality, also suitable for any person because it is very easy to use. In conclusion, amazing product, makes waxing so mach easier.

The company contacted me about the concerns I had listed and they were actually very kind about it. They explained that the reason the box was different was because they're made in the same warehouse and they had simply run out of the other boxes. They also said they would address the issue of the packets of wax being so small and change it to include larger packets.
Given the changes and how kind they were, I would absolutely recommend getting a wax kit from them if you're looking in to one.
The product is okay. The wax removes coarse hair best and I have pretty fine hair so it hasn't worked for waxing my legs. I'd say it's more pain free than other hardening waxes I've tried, but you definitely still feel pain.
It works better when you let the wax be as hot as you find tolerable.
My biggest issues have been
1. The bags of wax you get are very small. Unless you're reheating the wax that you pulled off of your skin (which is unsanitary) you probably couldn't do both of your legs with one bag. They also all feel pretty similar to me.
2. The product came in a box for another wax warmer and that was very odd and it made me worried I got a product that had been used and returned. I included a picture of the box it came in. It's not okay to send a product in a box for something else.
