Great price and it's a bit lighter in consistency than other castor oils I've had, which is a good thing. Also, I must say, this isn't as smelly, which is also, a very good thing! I've used castor oil before and was reading a new article about how there are some scammy cosmetics that rope you into a monthly subscription, claiming to regrow sparse eyebrows, etc. If you look at the key ingredient, you'll find the ones that "claim" to have positive reviews contain castor oil. Why not just use the source and leave out the expense, mystery chemicals in the advertised serums. I've also enjoyed the way that if I just put this on my eyebrows and eyelashes (be careful, it can give you cloudy vision), the viscosity of the oil adds volume and darkness to the hair, so even before any hair growth, it appears thicker and healthier. I also like to have some on my nightstand, as I go to bed, I leave some on my lashes and eyebrows, lips and nails, it absorbs during sleep and then in the morning, it gives my lips a plumpness that makes me feel younger, I'm just saying, it's nice to not feel like I have to put make up on to take my son to school, :-) it's not a miracle, but it does work, plus this bottle will last probably a year, a dime-sized amount a day is all I use. This is long, I hope it's helpful, also, I got a very nice email from Viva, there's a 90 day satisfaction guarantee, so if you're looking into castor oil, this is a great product backed up, go for it!
I mainly bought it for my eybrows and lashes because i'm used to pulled them when i'd get bored. I don't do that anymore but it did leave little patches on my eyebrows and left my lashes really short from not letting them grow. I have used this product almost every time after shower for about 3 months now and i have seen a huge improvement in growth and length.
The title of this listing says clearly “expeller pressed” but I was in a rush to buy and saw all the good reviews that I missed that part. Hair growth is most efficient with cold pressed castor oil, but oh well, my bad. The empty mascara tube and extra tips are pretty awesome. I used the installed wand for my brows and the little pointy bristle one for the roots of my lashes. Smells similar to olive oil to me, light scent. Definitely not as liquidy as olive oil, it runs out of the bottle easily, like still a liquid, but has a thick consistency if that makes any sense like it doesn’t rub in that easily. This is my first time buying castor oil.
I have been waiting for this product to be back in stock for the past 2 months. I’m glad I waited and did not order another brand. I have been using it on my lashes for a week and my lashes feel stronger and the curl stays longer. A must try!
So I bought this castor oil due to my hair and eyelashes falling out a lot. I have really thick and long hair; however, the medication I take causes my hair to become dry and shed a lot. It's not only embarrassing but also concerning when you run your hands through your hair and notice a good chunk come out. I've always had really thick hair so I was afraid it was going to start thinning out. I got this oil 2 weeks ago and started using it on my hair once a week (I've used it twice so far) and on my eyelashes a few days out of the week. It works great! My hair is so soft and shiny and the falling has stopped at least 80%. My eyelashes are starting to look longer as well. I also loved the empty mascara bottle and brushes it came with.

I love this product I put it on every night on my lashes and i've been noticing a big diffrence. I have been using it for 3 weeks and i see a big diffrence. I also use it on my skin. I also like the price. Just be careful when you squirt it out because it comes out fast.
So far I really like this for the size and price. It isn't too thick (as other's complained about with similar products) and I am trying to use it at least 4-5x/week to rehab my eyelashes from extentions. I use on my brows as well, why not! I've tried in my hair but takes a lot of product to cover scalp....I'm still figuring it out. Very hopeful for lashes, but it's only been a week. Would recommend! Def using on skin and does soften skin....
Really great product! I wanted a natural way to lengthen my lashes, grow my brows out and thicken my hair. The oil is very thick if you do not dilute with unrefined organic coconut oil (or another oil). The smell is not horrible but it is earthy which also becomes unnoticeable if you dilute with coconut oil. For hair masks, I use with coconut oil and let soak for hours while I’m at home. My hair does not feel greasy afterwards. It feels and looks really healthy and soft. For my lashes, I use the castor oil solely. It is very thick but I like applying at night before bed and rubbing the excess underneath my eyes. I’ve also applied this castor oil around my belly button ring when it appeared red and bothered. The next day, it was healed.
I'm using this oil for cp soap. The flip cap really makes it easy to portion the oil without having it drip all over the neck of the bottle.
I started using this oil for my lashed about two weeks ago as recommended by my esthetician. My lashes were really short and damaged by the use of some fake lashes, within two weeks I have seen great results in the health of my lashes.
