I love this stuff! I have been using oils for several years now (mostly grapeseed oil or apricot kernel oil which are fairly lightweight as well as argan oil). I wanted to try something different because I was not loving the results of my argan oil- and certain brands, particularly ones with initials JM are pricey. I did some research for what I was hoping to gain from using an oil and came across kukui nut. I have olive toned combo/oily skin but noticed my skin getting less oily and more clear the longer I used face oils. I am 37 next month and while I don't have much in way of wrinkles began feeling like I was losing that youthful "glow" and wanted a more smooth/even complexion. I do still like my grapeseed oil but kukui nut I think, is a level above in its delivery. It is extremely light, sinks in almost immediately and I actually feel like you have to work fast when spreading it into the skin. I generally use 3 drops on the top half of my face and 3-4 more on bottom and neck. I can wear it during the day whereas grapeseed oil I mostly only applied at night b/c it wasn't as light. Kukui nut oil is very healing and feels so great once on; makes your skin feel smooth, soft and has indeed evened out my complexion some...to the point where I feel ok not wearing my pressed powder to even my skin tone to go out for errands.
I will definitely be sticking to this item and in fact I have just ordered this companies Jojoba and Pomegranate seed oils. I also decided to go with Leven Rose because of the ethics of their company: they do not animal test AT ALL and use organic, cold pressed, unrefined processes, all of which are as important to me as the product itself.

Update: Not a perfect solution. While it did help reduce acne and blemishes, my struggle continued. I would not recommend the oil cleansing method. I have since moved on to other products in an attempt to find a solution. I leave a five star rating because the product is still high quality, it just did not work for my needs.
After many failed attempts to treat my facial acne, I decided to try the oil cleansing method. Kukui oil came as a recommendation in an ebook that I read. I've been using this product daily for about 2 weeks and have noticed over 75% reduction in blemishes and a much healthier glow.

I LOVE the dropper for less mess when applying to a small spot. It's uses are endless.. also relieves my itchy neck & chest due to sun damage.
This oil is really light and doesn't leave my face feeling greasy. I use it at night with my moisturizer. I use a pea size of moisturizer and a tiny drop of this oil and my face feels soft, hydrated, and actually looks glowing. I occasionally get eczema breakouts on my face and this oil doesn't irritate it. I have dry/normal skin. It doesn't really have a scent.
Amazing oil for hair! I add a few drops to my conditioner and a few drops as a leave in when my hair is damp. My hair is softer, less frizzy, moisturized, and healthy!

I had read recently read how great this oil

I read up that kukui nut oil is great for the hair and scalp as far keeping it from drying out as well as preventing baldness. I'm approaching my 30s so I figured I may as well try my best to instill some preventative measures because I love having long hair. I like this particular brand because they keep the oil in an amber bottle which helps keep the oil from going stale. Also the dropper is convenient and prevents from spill too much into your hands.
I use this oil on my blonde semi-curly hair at the ends. Ends get dry and crunchy quickly. Just a few drops helps keep my hair soft and moisturized.
Love Leven Rose Oils. The Kukui Nut Oil is amazing and smells great!
