Kent combs are superbly made, just as you would expect for the price. If you've never had one, though, they're all smaller than you think they're going to be. Still worth it.
I purchased the F0T model and have had it for 4 years. Other than the color of the lettering that is wearing off it looks new. I wanted a new longer one so I just purchased the 7T. Since my hair is short I had no need for the model with wide and narrow teeth. It would be too hard to decide which side to use and I would only have half a comb.
The comb is strong and never scratches. It also does not accumulate the goo between the teeth that the cheap plastic ones do. I purchased a set of combs for a few dollars once and had to throw them all out since they scratched.
I also have a Kent brush and first comb and then brush my hair to smooth it out.
Yep - it's true ... not all combs are made equal. The cheap and nasty ones from CVS scratch the scalp and tear through hair. The Kent is something else - a real pleasure to use. They claim it's because this one has individually cut prongs (not injection-molded). I guess that makes sense ... no molding seams. This comb is gonna be used everyday for years so I'll enjoy my comb investment.
It's not easy to find a decent comb anymore. Ace used to be great but they changed and now have the sharp-tipped plastic teeth like all the others, and they break off fall after a while. This is different. Nicely rounded tips and sturdy. It's nice to see something so simple made so well. And they last. I have yet to break one. I only reordered because I lost the first one I purchased.
I always have a kent comb on me. Have tried all sizes. My wife managed to break one, not sure how, because these have lasted me years and i havent had any issues with bent or missing teeth. I have thick hair, and I like the all fine teeth. I dont have to worry about using only one side of the comb. The dressing or styling combs are great, but the pocket sized kents do the job and are easy to carry.
Looks nice, works great, its hard to mess up a comb but when you compare this to a dollar store comb, it doesnt scratch your scalp, it lasts a long time, the teeth stay straight and its easy to clean.

Kent The Hand Made Comb for Men All Fine 5.25 Inches Pocket Comb 7t by Kent
Ever since ACE combs downgraded their quality, I have been looking for a replacement. This is by far the best comb on the market. The 143 mm size is just right to carry in your back pocket. Yes, it's a bit pricey compared to what you get in the supermarket, but this is a high quality product. Very happy with my purchase.
I've been using a comb for most of my sixty years on this planet. Most have been relatively cheap Drug Store variety.
After reading the reviews on this company and their products, I did some research and was impressed.
This is hands-down, the best comb I'ver ever owned!
I like the small size (5.25") of this comb and its durability so far. My Ace pocket combs have broken up not long after regular use. This is also a good looking comb. I like that it's smooth against the skin, whether when combing one's mustache, beard or head.
First review I've ever written. Best comb I eva had. No pinch, stylin', perfect size...what can I say? It's Kent baby
String cheese for scale
This is a fine pocket comb which I carry in my shirt pocket. Combs well and evenly and is not pointy or sharp feeling on the scalp. Has some flex to it but I don't think it would be wise to carry in your back pocket. Why chance breaking it. Will buy again if I lose it.
