Cremo Cooling Shave Cream, Astonishingly Superior Smooth Shaving Cream Fights Nicks, Cuts and Razor Burn, 6 Fluid Ounces, 2-Pack

Just bought this as part of a boycott of the G company, was I glad I did! Love this cream! It made a semi sharp razor blade glide like it was new! Really slippery on the face but rinses off the face and razor easily. My new go-to brand works great!

So I purchased this item May 20th and here we are in August let me say I have no regrets this is by far the best shaving cream you’ll ever use I gave one to my husband and Kept one for myself, my husband loves this shaving cream both him and I have thick coarse hair all you need is a little bit it goes a long way it’ll last you at least three months or more I use this stuff on every part of my body, you can think of including my Personals FYI No irritation no nicks or burns! I love the tea tree oil one it feels good on my skin It works for either gender.

Have been wet shaving (mug/brush) for several years now and had heard about Cremo but never tried it. Recently I was looking for a "mentholated" product to augment my love of Proraso/CO Bigelow and came across this. Was not disappointed. Right out of the gate I will state it works just fine using a wet brush even though it's meant to be hand lathered. Just sop your brush with water, give one mild shake, add a dollop of cream and lather away. It creates a slightly thinner foam than some other brands, but still works just fine.

The shave is wonderful. Provides an extremely slick shaving surface allowing the blade to glide across the skin. The Tea Tree, Eucalyptus and Peppermint oils provide very good cooling...better than Proraso I would say and it lasts about a half hour after the shave is complete. If you are a multi-pass shaver, saving the against-the-grain as your final pass allows the foam to really cool down the skin that you should barely feel any discomfort. Very happy I gave this a try and at roughly $13 for two tubes you can't beat the value. Highly recommend.

In the last 10 years, I have used the following shave cream products: Alba shaving cream: I really liked Alba shave cream, especially the Aloe Mint version was very good. Around the same time I also tried Burts and Bees shave cream which was also good, a bit more creamy. Then in 2017, I switched to Van Der Hagen Shave Butter which was also very good (I think Burts and Bees shave cream and Van Der Hagen shave butter are very similar).

Then last year, I have tried Cremo for the first time and I really like it. It is the same idea as the aforementioned shave creams but it has more thickness to it. Because of its thickness, it pulls more weight on your skin which diminishes the impact of the blades. Other shave creams are good but when you apply hot water, they dissipate too much. When you apply hot water to Cremo, it soaps up and does not dissipate as much. It is somewhat easier to manage the cream to water distribution. I highly recommend it.

Update: I have gotten used to the lack of foam and find Cremo to be an exceptional shave cream. They call it barber grade, and I would agree that it is far better than any canned shave cream or gel that I have ever tried. The only similar quality products that I have tried which have the slickness of Cremo are Headslick and Billy Jealousy. Since using these creams, I have not had a single nick and minimal razor burn

Cremo as compared to shave gels or foams is extremely slick and razors glide over it. I have both Mach 3 and Fusion proshield and don't notice a difference with the lubricating strips from the proshield since both razors feel the same and both give great shaves of face and head with virtually no razor burn. If there is a negative, it is that there is little foam so that it is difficult to know where you last shaved (Headblade slick is very similar in terms of glide but lathers a little bit more making it easier to shave head and face, but the menthol of headslick can burn the eyes a little).

I was a bit skeptical about this product from the cost as I was used to buying cheap brands. I've been wasting my money forever on various shaving creams and gels.

This product is fantastic! It is smooth when you apply it and you don't need to use much at all. The bottle says it is enough for a 90 day supply... I find that to be hard to believe as one bottle has lasted my hubby and I just under 1 year. I bought this product June 15th, 2018 and I finished the bottle yesterday, May 30th, 2019. This product definitely lasts a long time!

The shave is great. It leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth to the touch, much better than any other brand I've tried. I don't have too sensitive of skin but again compared to other brands I barely see any bumps and almost never have a knick. I love this stuff! I'll have to check if there are other scents or styles but the original is fantastic!

I would definitely recommend this to others. I still have one full bottle that I just opened but I will be making another purchase so I can keep a spare bottle on hand at all times.

I have very sensitive skin and very course beard hair. I can’t use cartridge razors at all, and so it’s always been between a safety razor plus red, irritated skin or accept stubble left by my rather expensive electric razor. For years I just said heck with it and kept a well-groomed beard which, luckily, is a good look for me. Well, my new chemistry job requires a respirator so the beard had to go. :(

I got this shaving cream after bad luck elsewhere, and I am impressed. My first shave with it was also the first shave in years that I didn’t have any cuts or lasting irritation. I bought a fogless shower mirror and shaved with my face as hot and wet as possible (the bottle says to wash face with water as hot as you can stand for 30sec before applying). I immediately rinsed, dried off, and applied the aftershave balm this brand makes. It stung a little the first time, but I felt great all day and I think my face realized it was a good thing because it hasn’t stung since.

A+, 10/10, would recommend

I've been searching for a shaving cream that will keep my legs from getting all irritated and cut up when shaving them. I have super coarse hair that grows back fast. I've tried so many different methods over the years to rid my legs of hair without irritation and I've never been successful. I would always have to be super careful (which is time consuming) and also wait for my hair to grow out a bit before shaving again or else I would be subjected to intense razor burn.

I've started using Cremo in combination with the Gillete Mach3 Sensitive Razors and it is a match made in heaven! Not only can I shave my legs without irritation or cuts, but I can do so everyday as well and without having to spend an hour being super careful about it.

Cremo is the best shave cream you'll ever use. There's several ways you can shave with it and mix it, but no matter what, you'll have a butter smooth shave when you use Cremo along with a good sharp blade.

I've been using Cremo for a very long time. I have a method that I like to use, but simply reading the directions on the bottle works great. Just for those who "enjoy" premixing creams or shaving soaps, I like take it a step further and pre-mix it in a shaving bowl with just a little water until I get a nearly "cream consistency".. I simply mix with my shaving brush per any brushing cream/soap.. Then just brush on to a wet face and neck. This method works absolutely incredibly well! The shave you'll get, either way you shave with Cremo, is the best you'll ever get. Enjoy! (I am not sponsored by this brand, nor affiliated in any way)

Excellent product. Throw out the gels and creams, with this formula in conjunction with a 5 blade razor I can get the closest shave I have ever gotten with just a small dime sized amount of the product. Also leaves skin very soft and free of irritation. It says on the tube that each is a 90 day supply and though I've only used it for a week, it would not surprise me for it to last 90 days even shaving daily. The key to it is washing your face with hot water...the hottest you can tolerate for 30 seconds before application, this will open up the pores allowing for the shave to feel like a baby's bottom when you are done. No irritation, no razor burn and no more bumps. HIGHLY recommend this for those with sensitive skin like myself or for anyone honestly. It may not be cheap but you will certainly get your money's worth with the size of the bottles and with the proximity of the shave.
