I’m very pleased with this beard comb's performance, because, I'd been using the Kent beard comb since I've begun my beard journey. However, it's been approximately two months since I became very serious about growing out my beard. After researching what were the best beard combs to use for keeping my beard coiffed, I confirmed that using a wooden beard comb is the best choice. One of the several benefits that stood out, is that this comb is anti-static. Also, I admire the fact that it's user friendly while allowing me to effortlessly comb through my beard with such ease.

I don't ordinarily write reviews but after explaining that this comb due to no product defect, this seller sent me a replacement come free of charge. I had put the comb in my back pocket and it snapped in two while getting out of my truck. Any wooden comb would do the same thing. Lesson learned, I keep in in my shirt pocket now..
I wanted a wood comb because I was thinking it would soak in any oil I use and make the wood stay soft longer. Man, am I ever glad that’s what I did!! This comb is awesome and feels so nice! I’m growing my first beard in decades and thus have forgotten everything beard related. The first day I had this, my friend, who loves his beard, was with me. I let him use it and he LOVED it. To the best of my knowledge he immediately ordered one. If for some ubforseeable reason this one breaks- I’ll be reordering immediately.
Why? Because it’s not going to break easily. It also feels really amazing in my hands, through my beard, and it smells great because of my oils. The little case it comes with is also nice to protect the comb while in my bag or packet.
Update: wanted to add that I’ve ordered a second one of these after I broke the hell out of it. Wanted to say that this comb is tough as can be. The picture of it broken was after I slammed my door shut on it. Twice. That’s how tough it was to break it. This this is awesome!
I have used practically every brush, comb or tool to comb my beard properly, especially nowadays when my beard is towards the length of Obi Wan Kenobi from Star War Episode 3.
Or if you're not a nerd like me, think Conor McGregor length of a beard.
The comb does take some getting used to, in the beginning my beard was not used to this type of comb so it definitely felt like a sharp tug at certain points. After some use the comb swam through the beard quite easily. After a week my beard not only felt way healthier but smoother from the combing with Viking. I don't know maybe its just my brain justifying my purchase but my beard does feel better after switching to this wooden comb.
Also yes its genuine wood so no need to worry about a fake.
Wood recommend on the very affordable price alone.

I bought this comb for my son, (his full beard was looking rough). He was using a plastic hair comb on his beard and really NEEDED a good beard comb...this one did NOT disappoint! Great craftsmanship, comes with a case so easy for him to carry with him if he chooses to. Perfect tooth size on the wide and finer sides. Added to the beard oil I got him he looks so much better! He now has a beard he loves, soft smooth and well groomed. He loves it and so do I. Every Mom wants their son to look good. I use this for my hair to get tangles out. This is a replacement for a similar comb which my son appropriated. This brand seems sturdier than my last one, and I am pleased overall. The narrow side was a bit on the sharp side and hurt my head. That may be beneficial for a beard. However, the issue was easily resolved with a couple of passes of fine sandpaper, and it is now perfect for my use. Haven't had this one long enough to need cleaning, but a small piece of mesh screening did wonders cleaning my last comb by pulling it thru the teeth one at a time. Again, may not be an issue for a beard, but if used on long hair with hair products it gets grubby over time.
I've been using this for a year now and it has held up just fine. No teeth have broken, even the fine ones which I thought at first would be too delicate. But the wood is strong enough to be carried in a front pants pocket in its sleeve. The teeth are sanded smooth so they don't yank out whiskers. If I'm careful and go slow, starting with the coarse side, I can comb it out from its messiest post-sleep condition without pulling any hairs out. The only thing that's not perfect is that it's not 100% static free. Not bad enough to take a star off, but in a dry environment the static can get a little annoying.
EXTRAORDINARY customer service. The USPS damaged my comb in transit and Viking Revolution immediately fixed the problem. I've used Amazon for MANY years and never left a review. But this comb and the product support team at Viking Revolution warrants the HIGHEST recognition. And no, I'm not sponsored by Viking Revolution and I don't know anybody that works for them. I just think you deserve to know the truth about a quality product you probably need more than you think.
The comb: I, like you, didn't think a comb could be a game changer. A comb is a comb, right? WRONG! This comb lays my beard down exactly how I've always wanted. Not only does it stream effortlessly thru my beard without getting snagged, it also evenly disperses beard oil if you're looking for that perfect layer of healthy shine.
The size: Most combs require an awkward grip to hold while you're bracing yourself for that painful snag as you go thru your beard. Not this comb! It fits comfortably in the hand. No snags. It actually FEELS good to use. I can't say the same for most other beard combs I've used in the past.
The build quality and case: I travel internationally a lot and small things tend to make the biggest differences. In this case, the comb includes a stylish black slip-case with the Viking Revolution logo engraved (3-D stamped) in it. The comb also has a simple but stylish engraved-type stamp on it. The comb alone is worth more than the price here. But the classy style of the case and the design of the comb takes it to GAME CHANGING territory.
In a nutshell: I'd be a little reluctant to brush my beard in public with most combs. It can be a little tacky. However, I wouldn't hesitate to pull my Viking Revolution comb out of its case and give my beard a quick brush in public. It doesn't snag, looks classy, and makes a bold but classy statement.
My first true beard comb and much better than the lil combe that came with my electric shaver. I have a thick, dark, 1.5" beard. This has done a great job. Build quality is solid and feels comfortable in the hand. I use the wide teeth for my hair up top when styling.
At the price, I highly recommend. If your beard is 3/4" or less, you probably don't need it...but go ahead and grow that sunofagun and get you a comb!
This comb is great. Solid wood, with a nice feel. I like the color of the wood. The case is a nice touch but nothing special (boosts gift-ability I suppose). Wood combs naturally do not generate static and that is primarily why I love this guy so much. I have dropped it a few times with no issue. This beard comb works better than my wife's fancy Anti-static combs she bought and she loves it (I know this from combing her hair with this comb and some brushes and combs of hers) . It also does not seem to get clogged and dirty like the plastic ones... not sure why. I usually use beard oil before I comb mine out, which helps because I have some "hair-health" issues at the moment. Let me give you some dimensions 4" long, 2 1/4" wide, 3/8" thick, and both sets of combs are 11/16" deep. I did not feel like taking a picture but in my opinion it looks just like the advert.... might add one later
