I read through your informational attachment and am glad to see you are taking such pride in your work and in your customer service! It is paramount in this world of ever evolving and rapidly growing small businesses and being a leader within a small locally owned business myself, I tip my hat to you sir.
I myself am an avid user of beard balms and I must say your product is truly wonderful. I purchased the Black Forest beard balm recently and the shipment was quick and the price was perfect. The product outshines every product I have used, which is a seemingly countless amount at this point having been cultivating a beard for many years at various lengths.
I have attached an image of myself with your product being utilized and I think you’ll get a kick out of it! I am a studio manager at a local photography studio and often times need my beard to be as crisp and in order as possible. The Vikings blade brand of products will help me to do just that going forward!

I will admit, Viking Blade's sandalwood scent was a little different from other sandalwood scents that I have used. Maybe it was the himalayan cedar, not sure. Either way, it is a nice yet masculine scent! The balm also seemed a little more firm than others but once I began using it, it didn't seem to take as much to get the job done so I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I really took a shot in the dark by ordering this product but I will certainly be reordering from them. Guys, I don't think you can go wrong with this! Gals shopping for guys, if you don't currently have a manly man this product may not help but if you do, this beard balm will make him more enjoyable!
