I am a licensed cosmetologist and I've been wearing tape in extensions for the last 3 years roughly (give or take). So far, so good. Haven't had any real issues with this tape. I like the bond it has, the adhesive is well made. It holds up as well as the tape I would normally use and lasts me just as long. I typically change my tape every 2-3 months, sometimes I have some I change sooner depending on the "wear and tear" if you will, on my hair. I am very pleased so far.
Better than glue. Sticky AF! I take and press it on my cleaned head and roll it from ear to ear, then cut. Then I peel it. I then make sure its firmly on my hear without any lifting. I walk around like this for 2-3 minutes (you don't have to, because there have been times I just applied my wig. It is so0o secure. No mess, no fuss and using the correct remover, it comes off in a snap. You cant detect the tape at all. It is clear. It makes it look like your own hair is growing out your head.
This tape sticks, almost to well. You definitely won't have to worry about it coming off. Just keep it away from your real hair. I think gum is easier to remove when it get caught in your hair.
Update I'm on my second roll. I tired other tapes and this is definitely the best! What I do if cut a 2 inch strip fold it in half. This way I create a tap that lets me remove easily just before I position my wig in place. It holds great!
I wish i got a bigger roll. I use this tape for many things. The strongest tape I have ever used.
Works works works. Holds very well. Dont over do the waterproof thing. Just take a shower keep that area covered and you will be alright. Do not go jumping in a pool people otherwise it is very strong and WILL NOT come off until you use alcohol and baby oil to remove.

How to apply tape adhesive on your full lace wigs, lace front wigs, and frontals?
1. Clean your face and hair line with face and water.
2. After drying your face, apply the scalp protector around your hairline.
3. If needed- mark with an eye pencil or washable marker on your forehead where you want the hairline to start for the full lace wig.
4. Apply the tape on the entire perimeter of the unit.
5. Place the full lace wig or lace front wig on your head and position correctly on your hairline.
6. Peel the tape and press the unit/tape into your skin around the entire perimeter of your head.
7. Apply a scarf around your hairline to help with the wig tape adherence to your skin.
8. You can now style your full lace wig/ lace front wig as you like.
Warnning&Tips:
Rub a tad of baby oil on your fingertips and apply it to fine hair around the hairline to prevent it from sticking to the wig tape.
We strongly recommend that this tape replacement and its application should be done by professional hair stylists, tape extension experts and/or tape method specialists. Although this tape product and its replacement/application are very easy to learn and use, we still recommend so.
Great tape and lasts all day. I use this to keep my nephews hearing aid in place. I connect it to the hearing aid and right behind his ear. He is super active and this still lasts all day.
Works amazing! Extremely sticky and it’s kept my extensions in for weeks! Getting them unstuck is a whole different situation but so worth it!
I am satisfied with this product.
I got this for my first lacefront and it worked decently, it is pretty good but it does lose it's hold after a few hours. If you want to change your wig frequently this is perfect.
I’ve switch to this adhesive tape from the glue or any other way. This is easy to peel and remove.
