It's works great. I had bought some different wax and it worked really well with this as well. I just started to try the wax that came with the order. I wasn't using them because it didn't smell like what the beads were named. The smells are actually not that strong after they melt. I found it's a little thicker (helps with pulling it off), spreads easier, and you can use less on larger areas. Only thing is it doesn't shut off when it reaches the temperature it's set at. So you do have to manually adjust it when in use. It's a nice product though.
Love the ease of use. The wax is gentle and there is no funny burning wax smell when my machine is warming the wax.
Great item for the price, definitely recommend.

Easy to use, works great! For personal use at home also! Saves time and money by not having to go to a salon for facial waxes. Nice design and size to fit on vanity for easy use. Good customer service--I had a question, and they responded right away.

Using With Wax warmer?
1- Clean the skin area that needs hair removal
2- Heat up until the wax beans are completely melted(Adjust the dial to Max for time-saving and fast melting, The warmer will stop working and light off when the temp to Max) then rotate the knob to the Min for heat preservation(and it will start working and lighting again when temp under Min)
3- Spread a layer of wax over the skin in the direction of hair growth
4- Waiting for 5-8 seconds, then peel off the wax in the opposite direction of hair growth
5- Clean up the residual wax over the skin with cleansing oil or baby oil
6- Then drop some of the cleaning oil or baby oil to the pot and reheat until dissolving away the wax residue
7- Use paper towel to wipe away any residue in the pot
Application & Caution
1- Test it on a small patch of skin first to make sure your skin is not overly sensitive to the wax
2- Test the wax temperature on waist before applying
3- Do not apply wax over cuts, burns, or wounds
