I'm very pleased with the palm size as this is intended for my two smooth coat dogs, one of whom is a toy breed. The boar bristles are the best for them as they distribute the natural oils which keep their coats healthy, clean and glossy. I imagine that it might be a little small to use comfortably in a large man's hand, but I have a medium hand(woman) and it fits comfortably in the palm of my hand. You cant beat the price for this as long as you consider the size and know what you are getting, then you wont be disappointed when it arrives.I will likely buy another to keep one at home and this one in my grooming tote.
Love it! Fits in my hand or in my pocket and seems to be genuine boar bristles (I haven't lab tested them so I can't swear to it in court.). The bristles are firm, yet soft enough not to scratch. I use mine to work in beard oil each morning. I put a little Bossman Beard Jelly Bossman JELLY Beard Oil - World's First Jelly Beard Oil, Bonds to Beard Hair Better than Conventional Oils, 3-in-1 Moisturizing, Taming and Strengthening 4oz (Magic Scent) on it, brush it into my beard and I'm off to save the day! (Well, really just go to work.) :-) This brush is just perfect!
After reading many reviews on different brushes I settled on this one as it was inexpensive, reviewers agreed that the bristles were pure boar and not mixed with synthetic hairs, and that it is well built. Well so far all that turned out to be true. I have not had any issues with shedding and the brush feels well made.
I use this brush for my beard and it feels great to use. The brush is a palm sized and does a great job of getting my hairs in order without being too stiff or irritating my skin underneath. I will probably be ordering a second one to keep with me when I go out or in my car.
I want a hair brush that was small and light for travel. I am 65 with thinning hair so a comb just does not work well. This brush was perfect. Well built, small, with soft bristles. Just firm enough to manage your hair without being hard on the scalp. Love mine.
good brush. I didn't have the problems with the sticker that other people reported.

It's small but medium stiff and good for the hair/scalp. I recommend this for people who like to travel light.

great product for the price. total palm sized. much better than a comb. would be great if it had a small pocket sized case that just covered the brissells so you can actually put it in your pocket but otherwise a solid product
