Can I just say I love this new scent? I’ve long been a fan of the Beard Reverence products, so when I saw a new scent, I eagerly ordered.
I wasn’t sure what to expect though, scent-wise.
The scent is very noticeable and at the same time not overwhelming at all. Reminds me of a favorite cologne of mine, but just a hint of the scent.
Like the other Beard Reverence products, this really makes my fairly long beard so soft and manageable. No itch, no gumminess, just soft and pleasant.
I’ve tried many different brands over the years, and while some of them are good, the prices are astronomical for what you get. Beard Reverence has the same quality as other oils and balms out there, but absolutely KILL them on price!
Having already picked up their oil in this scent, I knew it was on point. The scent is very pleasant, and just the right amount of “strength” to know it’s there but not completely overpower and stick in your nose all day.
I’ve never really been a balm guy, but the way this makes my beard feel might sway that opinion. My beard is soft and smooth and feels/looks much healthier.

If you like sandalwood, you'll probably like this one. The ingredients are in line with what you'll see on the market, but at a lower price point, especially for a combo of oil and balm. If you're reading this, chances are you're on Amazon trying to beard on a budget and/or score the prime shipping. There's a lot of options on here and this is definitely a solid choice.
The balm has a nice feel to it and holds decently well. I'd call it about a medium, maybe light-medium. It's easy to get out and work into the beard, but if you want something stiff you might try another one.
I was originally using the original scent, but I was curious to try the scented oil. It’s the same great formula, but smells even better! I have a thick, coarse-like hair beard, and it leaves my hair follicles soft throughout the day.
My biggest concern with scented oil is it smelling weird when I sweat, but that didn’t happen! I’m so happy they finally released the scents! Will buy again!
I’ve used a few Sandalwood scented brands. Some you can barely smell and some are way too overpowering. Beard Reverences Sandalwood scent is perfect. Same outstanding balm with a soft, warm scent. Thanks Beard Reverence for bringing on these new scents. I love them!
