I purchased this product because I love the smell of balsam fir .... I wanted a pure organic essential oil .and that is exactly what I received .. this product is fantastic !!!! It smells great . Most all fragrances cause me to have migraines so I was so pleased to find this product. Nothing artificial in this balsam scent. It is perfect to use in my diffuser since I have an artificial tree this year. I highly recommend it.

Product Abstract: Balsam Fir Needles are about 3/4 to 1-1/4 inches long with two white stripes running down the underside of each needle. Also known as Blistering Pine, the oil is commonly used in air fresheners and household cleansers. Fir Balsam was used in the field during the American Civil War, and before the advent of chewing gum, the gum was sold as a breath-freshening confection.
