The oil came with the brushes and applicators as pictured, and was undamaged.
I use this castor oil on my relatively short eyelashes, patchy eyebrows, and my damaged hairline for growth. I also put it on my cuticles and nails for moisturizing and strengthening. Within 3 days of using this castor oil every day, my eyebrows and eyelashes are thicker, my hairline's coming back in, and my previously weak nails are growing in stronger. My hair and nails tend to grow quick and thick anyway, but it can get damaged due to lack of moisture. I'm very happy with this product, and I think I look prettier. ♡
I had my optometrist suggest I start doing castor oil hot compresses at night to repair by oil glands due to dry eye. He made the suggestion without clarifying the type or grade of castor oil. I found this out the hard way. I purchased castor oil from a local Walgreens. This is the same castor oil used as a common laxative. DO NOT USE this on your eyes. I did not have any complications but after some simple research, I realized the product I was putting on my eyes could be leaching BPA from the plastic container. Additionally, it was not in a purely organic form. The consistency was extremely viscous and it tended to hang around in the morning making my vision blurry. I also did not notice any improvement in my dry eye symptoms after one month of this regimen. The Pure Acres brand eliminated all of this. This consistency was similar to the vitamin C oil I have purchased and is easily absorbed. No more oily eyes in the morning. My dry eyes have resolved and MY EYELASHES ARE GROWING! Can I be the only one who realized I must be allergic to castor beans from the moment I first used this stuff?!? I purchased it to use on my eyelashes & eyebrows, & also as a carrier oil for other essential oils since it’s supposed to be good for sensitive skin. But I sneezed & sneezed like crazy within minutes of using it all 3 times I used it so far. My nose stuffed up & my lungs became slightly congested.
The good news is, it’s not deterring me from continuing to try it long term, at least not yet. My skin doesn’t seem bothered by it at all, which is a great start for me.
It hasn’t been long enough to know what the results will ultimately be, & I will attempt to leave an updated review in due time. But I did want to warn the folks out there with general allergies: be prepared IF this is an allergen of yours, especially if you have asthma. It could interfere with it IF you’re anything like me. And of course, that’s not this brand specifically, but rather castor oil in general. Hopefully, it’ll be no more than a nuisance since that’s all I’ll let it be. Taking an over-the-counter allergy med has worked to offset it. But seriously, WHO KNEW?!? Apparently castor beans have a history of quietly causing an allergic reaction to some.
It's my 3bottle but 1st from this company. Quality is amazing! Tried overnight on my very dry hands. Omg I'm the morning my skin was sooooo soft delicate! Like bel any bottom! Love the extra brushes that came with it!!
Will update when we gonna test how it works for cough. As for now we are super healthy :)

My package was handled with care all applicator brushes were packaged as shown. I was and little worried that I would have a reaction to the castor oil because I am very sensitive to many products but so far so good I apply to my brows and lashes nightly and I am crossing my fingers that it will help with the thinning of both my brows and lashes wish me luck. I will update on my progress thanks.
I had some eyelash extensions and after that my eyelashes weren’t the same. After using this every night for 2 weeks. My eyelashes look great. It also comes with everything shown in the picture.
I ordered this with the hope it will thicken my aging lashes and eyebrows. I’ve only been using for a few days. It’s a good thick oil. Will update after using for a while.
I got my order yesterday of the 4oz castor oil. I'm excited that it came with applicators! Castor oil helps eyelashes grow and be conditioned. I have never had an issue with any of Pure Acres Farm products, and this one lives up to my expectations.
The castor oil is fine. It seems to be good quality. I haven't used the applicators much, I find using my fingertips to apply to my lashes, scalp, or brows works just as well. I like that it has a dropper. It keeps things less messy and makes it easy to dispense the desired amount.
