Excellent pre-shave - the advantage of this one is that it doesn't leave a greasy or oily film, just rinses off. This becomes important when you pick up that Darwin razor, with absolutely NO purchase on the completely smooth, polished art deco handle, and a Feather blade in it. Trust me when I say you won't want to be twirling this around your face (or legs) with a seal-slick grip - you won't need to use alum on your fingers just to hold your razor. This is your pre-shave of choice. Doesn't sacrifice much in the way of added smoothness to your shave either- a clear gel that applies easily underneath your lather as a lubricating base, and also seems to have a soothing effect on your skin, with a very pleasant, slightly citrusy scent. A great dispenser as well, easy to use between passes without trying to hold on to an oiled up squeeze tube - highly recommended.
This is a great product. Really great glide. Only complaint is the pump. After I can't get anymore out of the pump I empty contents onto another jar and have enough for 2 to 3 weeks more morning shaves. I assume some people throw out when pump doesn't give you anymore. If you do you are throwing away about half the product.

Makes your shaves extra smooth.Lubes up your face without oils to clog your pores. Not as pricey as it seems because you get much more than other brands.Push dispenser bottlle is nice too. My favorite pre shave.
This works great. Better than just an oil formula as the gel oil from this pump bottle is easier to apply to your face and neck without bottled oil dripping down the rest of your body.

Highly recommend in tandem with a shave cream (brush or brushless). This will keep my good shave oil options on the shelf. A little goes a long way, I expect the bottle to last over 6 months shaving everyday. A good value with how well it performs. If it helps you relate, I have a heavy beard that at best can manage 2 decent shaves out of a Slim Twin disposable. Don't hesistate, no regrets!
