This is a great brush for someone like myself, who has thin, fine hair. However, my niece's girls, one who has thick hair, and the other fine hair, both love to have their hair brushed with this brush. The bristles are soft, but are sturdy to brush through think hair. When dealing with tangles and knots in the hair, this is much kinder than other, stiffer brushes.
This is the only brush that works well at softening my exterior frizz. It doesn't do much for inner layers of thick, curly hair but it is good!
Smells kind of funky when wet, so watch out for that. Otherwise, a great brush. I use it to keep my beard from fluffing out too much.
Nice brush. Completely made of boar bristle and not so soft that the bristles bend before reaching the scalp like so many I've tried (or they are reinforced with plastic bristle so they are really only 50/50). Plastic bristles hurt the hair shaft. Bought several; for home, travel bag, gym, and RV.
Have owned this exact brush for over 10 years and it finally broke. Was so happy to see they are still making it. Quality has not downgraded an ounce. Overall the best brush ive ever used.

I despise all of the plastic/rubber tipped (yank my hair out) style of hair brushes that are so popular. This Conair Boar Bristle brush gently removes tangles and seems to fluff my hair, making it look like I have even more. It is easy, and far less painful, to have long hair because of this brush!! I highly, highly recommend it.
Great hairbrush - reasonably soft, which is what I, as a male person with short thin hair, was looking for. Needs washing occasionally, as do all hairbrushes.
Great brush, a bit expensive but good quality and not too soft or hard. Works well on ethnic/mixed hair textures but soft enough for fine hair as well.

This is a very nice, well made brush. The bristles are soft, the wood grain is rich looking and the wrap around the handle gives it a sturdy feel.
