This is awesome on my beard. It smells very nice, but isn't too overpowering. A little goes a long way and just about a quarter size amount leaves my long beard soft and smooth all day. It is also in a super cool skull jar. Overall, I love the smell of this and how soft it makes my hair.
As someone who has a beard most of the year, there are two things that get on my nerves the most: the smell and the texture of my beard.
Let's start with the smell. Sometimes later in the day my beard can get a little funky. With previous beard oils I found it smelled too much like perfume and just wasn't my style. Others would fade very quickly leaving it with no or a worse smell afterwards.
Captain Thug Beard Oil left my beard smelling nice throughout the day.
The other part that gets on mine and others' nerves is a scratchy beard. That also is no longer a problem for me as this oil dies a great job conditioning and preventing tangles. All of this is achieved with a couple drobs, so it's efficient too!
I love this stuff and so will you!
A little baffled -- is this to take care of a beard or to help shave it off.
I use it for the latter activity and it works well in a hot shower.

Great product!!! will definitely buy it again, make my beard feel more manageable and it stay hydrated for the whole day . Definitely give it a try best product on the market for the money!
I have had a beard for 20 years now and have never used beard oil. At first I was skeptical as Im not a fan of aftershave or cologne. I gave this a try and must say im impressed. The scent is very subtle and kind of woodsy smelling. I hate greasy oily feeling products but this oil absorbs into the beard quickly and leave no residue or oily feel. My beard was noticbly softer and less unmangable. Now if only it would remove the grey lol. Im a huge fan! I got this in exchange for my honest review.

The Captain Thug Beard Oil is a 30 ml/ 1 fl ounce bottle with a dropper top. This is a heavily scented product, & the moment you open the shrink wrap, that becomes apparent. I would not classify this scent as "subtle" as listed in the description. Scent preference is a personalized thing, so while one person may love the smell, others may not. Unfortunately, I did not. The smell is hard to describe. Maybe a cross between men's cologne, flowers, & medicine. It was too strong for me, so I couldn't use. Ingredients listed are: Jojoba Oil, Geranium Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, Oil Base. The description lists "4 More Premium Hydrating Coldpressed Oils". It would be nice if those were listed as well, especially if those are what is contributing to the scent. Men who have allergies/ sensitivities to flowers, spices, etc would find this information helpful (& important).
I rated it 4 stars though because I love the fact that this product is paraben & sulfate free, not tested on animals (hooray- all products should be cruelty free!) & their packaging is cool. This is made in India, & manufacture date is listed on the back of the box.
You see so many beards these days - some well groomed - some not. My middle boy has a hairy chin and tried out this Captain Thug Beard Oil and liked it quite a lot. It did soften the hair and make it easier to groom. Problem was some of the girls loved the smell and some didn't. What do you do? I think it smelled wonderful, kind of exotic. The blend is just oils. No hideous and scary chemicals. That's a plus for sure.
