I am experiencing with my new beard, honestly, this is the first time I let it grow... 2 months old now.
I bought seven potions to try. The shampoo is rich, foam and clean well and leave a faint scent that I like.
The brush is extraordinary, what a difference from what I was using prior.
And the oil is great, few drops are more than enough to lotion my beard, keep it in shape and when you use the oil with the brush, very rewarding...
Recommend that kit as an essential to have
I ended up ordering this for my husband who has a massive beard that was getting a little unruly. I based my purchase choice on research and recommended products. Although I like that the beard oil and shampoos come in "full size" bottles, there is a hefty pricetag for the quantity you do receive! It is beautifully packaged, though, and makes a nice gift set. It's a little more geared toward your classic "hipster" than your average guy looking for practical, cost-effective product. The big win with this set is the boars-hair brush, which is a good deal for a man with a long and tangled mane!
For essential beard care: what a great little set. What I was using before I got seven potions wasn't working for me and I decided to invest in some of the good beard care products. The oil smells great and helped to tame my beard from where it was and adding the brush made it that much better. The brush isn't a soft bristle, which I like, and it allows it to really get into the beard as you brush it. After my first use my face tingled all day the next day which was glorious. After doing a little research I learned quickly that you can't just brush yourself all day like a Greek God being pampered but I was bound and determined to get the most out of it I can. One good brushing in the morning and the evening works well and has helped keep a nice clean look to the beard. I haven't tried the shampoo yet but I trust that it will work wonderfully. Overall this kit is a great place to start for any wanna-be beard aficionado. It's a one time purchase since I don't need a constant stream of brushes coming into my life...
I was looking to take care of my new beard I'm experimenting with. I tried the shampoo, beard oil and the beard wax. These all work for me. The shampoo is easy to use and only takes a small amount. The beard oil is easy to apply and does soften my beard a little. The beard wax helps me keep a more manicured look without being heavy or thick.
It a big plus that my girlfriend likes the way the products smell. I'm glad I tried these products.

I liked the packaging, brush, and oil. The beard shampoo smells like turpentine, but I know it’s the cedarwood and it’s faint, so I wouldn't take off a whole star if allowed to take off just a half star (get on that already, Amazon.).

decided to give seven potions a try for a couple weeks before writing a review. i had some dry skin under my beard after two weeks of using the shampoo and oil it is completely gone. the scent is strong once applied but does have a pleasant wood smell to it but goes away after a little while. the oil works very well and the brush is high quality and works great!
Excellent gift! For either yourself or someone else! The beard shampoo does an amazing job cleaning and moisturizing the beard, and makes it smell great all day. And the oil is top quality, I don't need to use a lot of it like I have to with other products. The brush works wonders! I have a hard time keeping my beard under control sometimes, and the brush puts those stray hairs in their place! I will definitely be ordering more!!!
I love the shampoo and beard oil, the brush is a little harsh, the bristles could be softer, but it works get for my hair lol
I gave this to my husband for Valentines Day, and he loves the products! Very happy with everything.
